Welcome to your Las Vegas retreat! Located in North Las Vegas just 10 miles from the Strip, this 3 bed home offers everything you need for your modern getaway. Whether you’re looking to adventure on the Strip, golf on beautiful, green courses, or experience the majestic Red Rock Canyon, this is the perfect space for you. Our home can be your deluxe haven away from home. Spend time with your loved ones, play pool, have a bbq, go for a swim, and get ready for your next adventure!

Traveling as a group doesn’t mean you have to give up luxury. Our open 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Plus, it is located in a safe neighborhood that will provide a calm oasis.

Equipped with all the details and amenities of home, you can unwind in a peaceful environment close to everything you need. Our bedrooms have high-quality mattresses and fresh linens so you can get an amazing night’s sleep!

The bathrooms come with all the essentials, including a hairdryer, towels, soap, and shampoo for your convenience.

Our living room and third bedroom features a smart TV (with access to all major streaming sites!) for you to unwind with your favorite show. We also offer complimentary Wi-Fi for you to enjoy. If you prefer hands-on entertainment, we have a beautiful new pool table where you can challenge your friends and family to a game!

While you will be near world-famous restaurants, sometimes nothing beats a meal at home with your loved ones. Our kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances for your next culinary adventure.

In the backyard, unwind in the bubbly hot tub located in front of our beautifully designed, neon-lit, shrubbery wall made especially for you to snap those picture perfect moments! We also have a BBQ and utensils for cooking up fun meals outside, as well as a sparkling swimming pool, hot tub all too perfect for the Las Vegas summers and nights.

** Pool Heating **
Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! There is a $60/day fee and it must be paid for the entirety of your stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your check-in as we’ll need time to properly heat the pool for your stay. Depending on weather, the pool can be heated to approximately 84 degrees.

Don’t worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washer and dryer in the house to get you looking your best.

The house is dog-friendly, so don’t forget your furry friend!

Pets are welcome for a $150 fee for the first 2 pets. There will be an extra $50 charge for the 3rd pet. Guests are required to clean up after their pets, otherwise, additional cleaning fees will be charged.

By booking, you agree to all house rules:

If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out and may be subject to a $75 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge.

Unapproved pets (with the exception of licensed service animals) will result in a $500 fee and may result in an immediate eviction.

Smoking - Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and / or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and / or eviction from the property.

NOTE: We will require a signed rental agreement and proof of ID within 3 days to finalize your booking.
