The house is old, but seemed clean enough. The stairs to the 2nd level were very narrow and steep. Annoying if you have small children. The twin bed listed in one room wasn’t an actual bed, but a roll-away bed.
the house is what we needed. thank goodness there was a bedroom down stairs. I found the stairs hard to manage. Kids stayed up there.

Beautiful little house in Waverly, right down the street from Waverly's businesses and dining options. Convenient parking in the driveway and a fenced in yard. Stairs to the second floor are a little steep, so be sure to hold the railing!
The property was quaint. The staircase is definitely steep and steps are narrow. Thankfully, we did not need to utilize the upstairs. The home was a little more “ dated” than we were expecting but was a comfortable place to return to every evening after spending the day with family.
We had a nice stay. Older home but done up nice. Roomy kitchen and living room. Steep stairs going upstairs although nice with half bath upstairs and kiddie gate. Thanks!

Nice but very small rooms. The deadbolt lock didn't connect, needs to be fixed. Coffee maker didn't work. It was decorated nicely, very homily. Many cooking supplies, pans, utensils, seasonings, and condiments. Frozen snack items, which would be wonderful if you had a long drive and wanted to just relax. I thought that was a nice touch. The waterfall shower head was heavenly. There was an assortment of books, movies, and games. My granddaughter loved that. The beds were very comfortable. More than enough blankets, which was a nice surprise as I have stayed a hotels which didn't offer that amenity. All in all I would give it a 8 out of 10 rating. One last thing, they are pet friendly which was nice, even though my sister chose not to bring her dogs. I would definitely stay here again.

Adorable house. Perfect size for our group and everyone had their own bedroom. Would have like to have known this was a primary residence prior to arrival. Would suggest personal pictures, belongings be stored away and freezer/fridge clean and empty. Felt a bit like we were intruding. Overall great property and the host is easily accessible.

The house did what we needed. Bed we’re not comfortable. Hard to move around bed on the first floor. Was not expecting laundry being downstairs. Did not feel safe taking laundry downstairs. Steep stairs going downstairs. Did not remember in the description about the stairs going up. Furniture in living room very soft. No central air just windows ac. Kitchen had everything we needed.
We were in town for the weekend with friend to go to the Warburg football game. The location was good. The price was good. Communication with owner was great. Accessing the property was easy. This house is tiny. We had 6 people and I can’t imagine sleeping 9. The upstairs only had air conditioner in 1 of the rooms so the other room got really hot. I can’t even describe the stairs leading to the second floor. It is almost like going up a ladder. These stairs are not for the faint of heart. You better have good balance. The stairs are not full size so you can’t put all of your foot on the stair. Also, the hand rail is not sturdy so I thought it would not help if I fell. The fridge had owner’s food in in so we could not put all of our drinks and food we brought in it. Also, no ice. It does not have an ice maker. I would not describe the furniture as “charming” like the listing. It is a mish-mash of decor. The TV had lines going through the screen so you could not watch tv. We were not there to hang out in the house so it gave us a place to sleep and eat. Just be aware that there is not much space or comforts here. It just depends on what you are looking for.
