Great house in a great location

We have stayed in Davenport before, and would definitely stay in this house again. A short drive to everything you need, and the house was very well equipped for our stay.

Great location

This house was a great set up for a family of 6. The property is very close to many restaurants and grocery stores. We opted to heat the pool during our stay and glad we did so we could use the pool! The house inside and out are kept up very nicely. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Perfect house for Orlando stay

We had a great time at this property - it was perfect for our family. The kids room with toys and Disney cuddly teddies was a nice touch. Pool was great and there were lots of towels to use it. Kitchen was well equipped and the house was very spacious for 6 people. We would definitely stay here again.

We had several issues during our stay that made the experience less enjoyable than expected:The master bedroom lock was broken, and we were actually locked inside for over an hour – very frustrating and unsafe.The cleanliness of the home left a lot to be desired. The bathtub and shower were dirty, and we even found a bobby pin from a previous guest.The home was poorly stocked – only two towels and a single roll of toilet paper for the entire stay.The bed advertised as a king was actually two twin beds pushed together, which was very uncomfortable. The pillows were also extremely low quality.The listing mentioned a heated pool, but heating it came at an extra cost that wasn’t clearly disclosed.The house itself felt outdated and not very well maintained.On a positive note, the property manager was fantastic – very responsive and helpful, especially when we had trouble checking in.

Disney trip and time away

Close to Disney. Very clean and lots of space we had 4 adults and had plenty of room for all of our things. Neighborhood very nice and quiet. Pool was clean weather just didn't cooperate. We even drove to Sarasota for an evening was about hour and a half away. Great place for any type of vacation.

Beautiful home

It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood, it had everything we were looking. We spent 7 nights there and we really enjoyed it. The pool and game room were awesome, it kept the kids busy when we were not out visiting the theme parks. There was also toys available in the kids room, which was a plus. Had a small issue, Mark quickly got in contact with me and the issue was resolved.

Fantastic Home!

This home was everything it states in the description and all that we expected it to be. We had a minor miscommunication about the A/C which was very quickly rectified with communication from Mark. Honestly, the communication with the owners was by far the best, and easiest, we’ve ever had and was so appreciated. I rated the cleanliness of the home only as a 4 star because I tend to notice certain spots that need to be cleaned, as I own a cleaning company and expect perfection. Overall, this is not at all a complaint, only my own higher than average expectations. We met some of the neighbors and they were very kind. The neighborhood itself was nice as well, and quiet in the evenings. We would absolutely stay at this home again :)

Great place to stay

We enjoyed the home, it was a nice touch that they had lights on for us since they knew we were coming in during the night. Communication was great! Our only complaints were the pool was too cold to enjoy and the pillows were flat. I did contact the owner about the pool being so cold and they claimed there was a problem with the pool heater which was disappointing as the heated pool was the reason we chose this home. They did however refund us a nights stay since we left a day early and were not able to enjoy the pool which we appreciate.

Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic time relaxing at this property. The house is furnished with everything you’ll need to get your vacation started off smoothly. The private back yard and pool was perfect for soaking up sun and getting some peace and quiet. The location of this property was great too. It’s close enough to the parks (about 45 minute drive with traffic) but it’s far enough away to get away from the crazy of Orlando when you need a day away from the crowds. The hosts are fantastic with communication. Mark was quick to respond to a few small questions we had about the property and followed up with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Disapointing

Ok, this is a black and white review. The property did not resemble the pictures and was tired. Furniture old and very worn (pictures available). The host had only had the property a year and is piggybacking on the reviews of the previous owner. Hob dirty, stove/over filthy and we could not use it. (pictures available). I spoke with the host on this and he hung up!! Neighbour John was brilliant and really helpful as was nobby the maintenance guy. Sadly we did need nobby as there was only one working sun lounger the other was broken (and it sleeps 6/7??) Bathroom sink filthy with hair, a lot of grime from poor cleaning over time. The dryer was full of lint and there is a definite lack of cutlery (especially for 6 people... thankfully we were only 2). There was a welcome pack, the crisps/ potato chips were march 2023 and 6 months out of date. The crackers were stale and no date on them. The key fob for the tennis and big pool didnt work. All this said the house is nice. The pool is great and its a nice location. With a little work on the cleaning and a better attitude from the host this is well worth a visit. The host has a camera overlooking the drive and can watch you come and go. He says its due to crime although we were well informed no crime in 18 years. This wasnt advertised and VRBO had to get involved. The owner updated the advert after we arrived. We covered the camera as IT WAS NOT advertised when we booked and the owner was extremely difficult over this.

Great house and great pool!

No complaints at all. Beautiful house, great size pool, screened in to keep out the bugs! Lots of towels for the pool too. Had a couple questions while we were there and the owner and property manager quickly responded and answered our questions. Water pressure in the showers was great too. It has a beautifully large kitchen. Pretty quiet neighborhood and with shady parking in the driveway, great on those hot days. Not too far from disney, plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Our favorite was the british pub. We would definitely book here again! Thanks Mark!

Great for what we needed.

The stay was great. The home did not disappoint from the pictures online. The host responded and check in on us for the stay. The pool could have been cleaned but there was so much other stuff for my kiddos to do on the home that it was fine. The area was quiet and neighbors were great.
