MAGICAL DREAMS VILLA, Orlando's executive home is your perfect home away from home. It's suitable for two families to share with four bedrooms (two master suites), three baths, a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining formal dining room. The spacious living room has a Plasma 52' TV, DVD, Xbox Games

High chair, stroller, pack n play are provided

The large glass sliding door leads into the covered lanai with an enclosed south facing pool. Beautiful Spa !

Great vacation

We had a lovely stay at this villa. The property was easy to find, clean and had plenty of room. The kids loved the swimming pool and games room. Host was very communicative and made the whole process very easy.

We had an amazing time in this house! The property is well kept and very comfortable. Our kids loved the themed bedrooms, It's centrally located to all the area attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible in every way!

The pictures seemed too good to believe when booking the property but this place was better than I expected. The location was perfect for daily trips to the four Disney parks and reasonably close to Universal. I would love to return to this EXACT place on our next trip to Orlando. I'm very grateful to the owners for allowing us to stay at such a wonderful home away from home.

Great family or large group house

We had plenty of room for 6 people. Lots of seating not shown in photos. Needed to read all paperwork as there was a fee to heat the pool—quickly and easily resolved. Communication was all great. Only complaint was the 3ft spider on the Harry Potter themed room wall—my kids all in their 20s shut the door and would not go in there.

Not bad for the price

Overall a decent place, nice pool area, pretty clean overall as well. No major complaints. The game room is pretty lame though, foosball table is broken, pool table is not level and is warped, etc. The beds were pretty comfy as well. For the price it was a decent deal. The neighbors are practically on top of you but the fence helps out with that. Id stay here again, the location is good for all the normal Orlando attractions.

Close enough to Disney

It’s not 5 miles to Disney, it’s 30 min. We opted to pay for pool heat, would not do that again. We needed to let them know it was not warm. Someone came an turned up a degree, we could swim one day out of 6. Spa is not a hot tub, it’s the same temp as pool. The home had a nice layout for some separation. Overall good experience, Beds & pillows need replaced.

BE AWARE

There are hidden fees for the hot tub and pool. It can be a significant cost for the week. It is in the rental agreement that most don't read thoroughly. You sign an agreement, give your money and then the host contacts you weeks before your trip to tell you that you have additional fees. VERY MISLEADING!!! VRBO will not help either!

Good Property for Families Staying in Orlando

I will start off by saying that I would recommend this property. All of the amenities were as advertised. The pool and hot tub were great and we used them almost every day. The rooms were fine and we used a couple of the baby items (pack-and-play and the high chair). The theming was a nice touch, but Harry Potter was peeling off of the wall some. The screen enclosure around the pool had a hole in the corner and my wife got a couple mosquito bites. The only other note was the lights. The lights in living room and kids rooms were really dim, and one of the lamps in the master bedroom was not plugged in (and an outlet was not easily accessible). We previously stayed at a different house in this neighborhood (similar price) which didn't have the same maintenance items. Other than those few notes, it was a great house and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location some bruises.

First of all let me say the property manager, Karen, was wonderful to work with. I notified her the evening we arrived of some issues that I wanted to make sure were known so they did not reflect on our time in the property. Karen replied immediately, was kind and accommodating. She phoned me the next morning at a time I requested and spoke with me for an extended period to make sure any urgent or serious issues were handled. Simply put, she and her team were great. Overall the property is awesome. It is a great location set away from the noise of the highway yet just minutes to the parks , restaurants and shopping. A previous review indicated the property was dirty. We found the property to be exceptionally clean. Sans some bugs in the light fixtures but hey, It’s Florida, bugs show up overnight... The “issues”found were what I would call “bruises”. The property is well used. You can’t clean old. The carpets are very stained and really should be replaced. I could see someone thinking they were dirty, they are not, they are stained. The spare king comforter has a hole in it that looks to be from an iron or something hot and the queen comforter has a hole too. Curtain tie backs pulled from the wall, scuff marks on walls and such but NOTHING THAT IMPACTED OUR STAY. The one concern we had was window blinds in the kitchen were missing panels and neighbors could look in. Karen came to look at them the first day and immediately had her team replace blinds on all three windows with brand new ones. SO APPRECIATED!! During our stay we prepared a family meal for 7 that consisted of stuffed pork chops, baked potatoes, green beans and Home made bread from scratch. EVERYTHING we needed to cook a meal of that size was supplied in the kitchen. (Except the food of course ;) ) It was very well equipped!! Right down to dish soap and matching table setting for a group that size. Other rentals we have stayed in Were stocked nowhere close to that. IT WAS AWESOME! The bottom line is that although I wish some of the worn items were replaced none of those negatively impacted our stay. We had a great week and would stay again if available. PS. THE POOL WAS CRYSTAL CLEAR AND THE SPA WAS TO DIE FOR!! Thanks again for accommodating us and for the wonderful time and service.

This property was perfect for our family. Close to the Disney parks with easy access to shopping and other “down day” activities. The pool and hot tub were perfect for mid-day park breaks and my kids enjoyed the pool almost more than the parks. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The property was great! The only issue we had was the trash cans being full outside and covered with flies and full of maggots which grossed me out. The property manager did come to spray once I called about it upon checking in.

Great vacation house with pool

Very clean house with a beautiful pool and lots of room for two couples plus three kids. Kitchen was spacious and well-equipped to prepare meals. Garage conversion with pool table, fussball and air hockey was fun, although AC would have made it more usable. Good location for visiting Sea World, Discovery Cove and Busch Gardens.

Why they chose this property

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
