Terrible experience

We get to the property only to find out they have no record of our trip. We couldn’t get into the property, the communication was terrible and they said they don’t even use VRBO so we couldn’t have booked it for the weekend. I feel like I got scammed and I’m very upset. I ended up having to pay an extra 300 dollars for a hotel due to this issue. AWFUL
