Nonnie's Nest is a lovely, walk in condo in the beautiful Golf Community of Pointe Royale. It is conveniently located near Branson's Treasures!
Lake Taneycomo is at the end of the street with a playground, picnic tables and grills. Fishing is allowed!
Pointe Royale has outdoor pools and indoor pools, an 18 hole championship golf course and an outdoor hot tub among many other amenities! It's a beautiful, serene community to enjoy your Branson vacation!
With 1464 SF, Nonnie's Nest boasts a split bedroom plan. Enjoy the breakfast nook in the kitchen as well as a separate dining area and breakfast bar. Each bedroom has King size beds. The primary bedroom has a large, private bathrooom with whirlpool tub. The second bathroom is near the guest bedroom. The living area provides a queen sofa bed.
The living area and master bedroom have smart televisions and the guest room has a television with cable.
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the covered patio with a great view of the bluff.
Branson's attractions are a quick trip from this beautiful, gated, golf community. Enjoy Silver Dollar City, Dolly's Stampede, Branson Belle, Sight and Sound Theater, Aquarium at the Boardwalk, Butterfly Palace and Tangler's Outlet for some truly great adventures.
The bar & grill at the club house has wonderful entrees at reasonable prices. We highly recommend eating at Pointe Royale's bar & grill!
Blink cameras are on the front porch and back patio to keep an eye on the property between guests. They also allow the owner to make sure guests do not have any issues entering the property.

Although this listing is new in 2023 for Nonnie's Nest, we have been hosting guests since November 2019. We used a property management company the first year. We earned 5 Stars with 41 Reviews on our original VRBO account while associated with Evolve the following two years. To reduce platform fees charged to our guests, we have moved away from Evolve.

Beautiful Condo

The place was better than described!! It felt just like home!! The beds were great to sleep in and all of your necessities were supplied. We were able to cook some of our meals and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the first floor access which made it easy for my mom to get in and out of the place. She is not able to sleep in a bed and the reclining chairs worked great for her to sleep in. We will definitely return to Nonnie's Nest for another fun filled vacation!!

Looking forward to next year

Best stocked kitchen, which is important to me. My husband said it was the best sleep in years! The most impressive thing though was the pillows. I always bring my own because I’m very picky. The wrong pillow gives me a migraine. I never used my own.
