The house is located in a very safe neighborhood, with a nice walking trail nearby. There is a private backyard that is fully fenced in with a playset!
In the living room you will find a foldable ping pong table that is perfect for indoor entertainment.

We have stayed at several vacation rental homes, this by far was the nicest we have been at. Very clean, and a homey feel, nice neighborhood. Set up very well, plenty of room for everyone, overall a very nice home! Definitely recommend, will book again if we get back in this area!

So many nice things about this property. From the fun playset outside down to the nicer toilet paper and paper towels. The host answered all my questions and was super polite. We would definitely recommend!

This home was perfect for our family. Location was great. Kitchen had everything we needed and was stocked with basic pantry needs. Home was as described in listing with plenty of towels/linens/pillows, extra paper towels and kitchen supplies. Nice neighborhood that felt safe. Communication with Jenn was quick and very responsive. Area close to grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants on Woodruff Rd. Would stay there again for our next trip to Greenville. :)

Convenient Location

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. I love how clean everything was making it easy to get settled in. The king bed sleeps so good and I appreciate the variety of pillows that were available. Lastly, this is a great property to visit if you are traveling with kids. The host made sure to have all of the hard to travel with toddler/ kids necessities available and that made a world of difference. We would stay again.

The Sweetland House is very special to us, because it is where my husband and I lived when we started our family. We eventually outgrew the house, but we always loved how safe and friendly the neighborhood felt. It is a great central location in the Greenville area!

We strive to provide a family-friendly house, that makes traveling with kids easy! We have a pack-n-play, stroller, baby monitor, stepping stool, booster high chair, a play set, ping pong table and lots of toys to keep them entertained!
