The Space:
This ski-in/out three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo is located in the Snow Flower complex directly next to Park City Ski Resort. A stylish and modern space, the condo has an excellent layout with an open and social main living area and spacious bedrooms providing enough space for up to 10 to stay in comfort.
As you enter the home you will be greeted by the bright and open-concept kitchen/dining/living area that has been decorated and furnished in a modern and stylish way. Just off the front door is the fully equipped kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, all-white cabinets and countertops, and seating for four at the spacious kitchen bar. On the other side of the kitchen is the dining area which features a dining table with seating for 6 underneath an elegant light fixture.
Make your way into the living room where you will find plush carpet flooring and lovely modern details from the houseplants to the beautiful artwork. Settle in on the comfortable seating on the leather couch or two couch chairs as you take in a movie from the mounted 70” TV. Or enjoy the views out the balcony doors over the Park City Mountain Resort and surrounding trees as you warm up by the electric fireplace. The private balcony off the living room features a propane BBQ and seating for four making it perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air on those crisp winter days or getting some sun during the summertime.
Just off the living room is the main bedroom, an elegant space featuring a luxurious king-size bed with matching nightstands and lamps, a dresser, a closet, and a mounted 60” flatscreen TV. The large window floods the space with natural light and provides views over the forested area you can enjoy without having to even leave your warm bed! The attached master bathroom features a single-sink vanity with storage and a free-standing shower with a sliding glass door.
The condo’s beautifully decorated second bedroom is a dynamic space that provides sleeping accommodations, a workspace, and a laundry area all in one area. The room features a bunk bed with a queen mattress on the bottom and a twin on top, a cozy workspace featuring a stylish desk and chair, and a 2-1 dryer/washer unit with cabinet storage. The bedroom provides additional comfort with a built-in side table within the bunk frame, a comfortable reading chair, dresser and closet, and a 32” mounted TV. Conveniently located near the bedroom is a full bathroom that features a large single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo with beautiful tile work.
Upstairs, you will find a dynamic loft space featuring a third bedroom and an additional area that offers extra sleeping accommodations if needed. This space is perfect for families and children. The bedroom boasts a king-size mattress with matching nightstands and lamps, a desk and chair, a mounted 57” TV, and two large windows that overlook the living room. To the right of this bedroom is an additional space that is set up with a triple bunk bed all with twin mattresses. This room provides ample sleeping space if needed for your group and features a dresser, a side table with a lamp, and two large windows looking towards the mountains. Upstairs guests have the comfort of an additional full bathroom which features a large single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home and the outdoor patio space as well as the shared hot tub, community pool, and fitness center. You will also have access to a single parking spot in the underground community parking garage of the complex. Please note parking is first come first serve and guests are reminded that they must display their parking tag.

This condo is a true ski-in/out with an incredible location in the heart of all the action at Park City Mountain Resort. With incredible access to the First Time, Mountain's Eagle and Three Kings chair lifts at Park City Mountain Resort you can be out your front door and on the slopes in mere minutes. Or take your outdoor adventure to the hiking trails and explore one of several beautiful trails all less than a five-minute drive away such as the popular Armstrong Trail, SilverSpur, and Dawn’s Trail. The Park City Golf Club is also a few steps away, should you decide to play a round or two with your loved ones. Park City's Main Street Historic District is just a short 15-minute bus ride away, connecting you to various eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. Unlimited access to world-class ski resorts, hiking trails, local markets, and other unique festivities are at your fingertips.
Getting Around:
From this stunning condo, you are just steps from Park City Mountain Resort, bringing world-class skiing right to your door. If you're looking to explore the city, multiple Park City Transit bus routes are available at the Snow Flower bus stop just steps from the condo and will take you to all of the main attractions and additional ski lifts in the area. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.
Quiet hours must be observed on the property nightly from 10pm to 8am. During these hours, tenants should refrain from activities that may cause excessive noise and interrupt the tranquility of other units.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
