TRUE SKI IN/SKI OUT, SLOPESIDE 3 BR CONDO - PATIO, HOT TUB, POOL, FREE PARKING

This exquisitely remodeled Ski-in / Ski-out condo is located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. It is just a few steps from the First Time and Eagle lifts and you are able to watch the skiers from almost every room and patio in the condo! The condo is beautifully decorated and has so many special amenities you will never want to stay anywhere else! The elevator opens to the locker room where you store your skis or snowboards and then you walk out the door and on to the lift. When you aren’t enjoying a myriad of outdoor activities, you can relax on cozy leather sofas as you sit by the fireplace and watch the huge 64" 4K Television. There is a gourmet kitchen or you can use the electric smoker or the gas barbeque on your private patio to create the perfect meal. Stop for lunch or hot chocolate and then get back on the hill. Don't feel like cooking, just walk a few steps or ski to one of 20 the restaurants on the property.

The condo sleeps 8 comfortably. The spacious master suite has a king bed and media center and views of the mountain. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed, Flatscreen TV, DVD and ski resort views. The third bedroom has adult bunk beds with a queen on the bottom and an extra long twin on top, Flatscreen TV and DVD. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower and the second bath has a shower/tub combination. There are additional beds in the form of a queen blow up mattress and a single cot.

There are multiple pools and Jacuzzis, tennis/pickle ball courts and a gym. Complimentary wireless internet is included and you have free underground parking. Laundry facilities are also available. You are located at the Park City Mountain Resort with restaurants, an ice skating rink, alpine coaster, zip line, huge half pipe, sleigh rides, shops, and lots of other things to do. We are located across the street from Park City Golf Course. Park City has world-class restaurants, shopping and spas. We will provide you with discount passes for dining and activities as well as all the resources you will need to make your visit complete!

We had the best week. The condo is so so convenient to the slopes and having the storage locker makes it so easy. The condo is spacious, clean and had everything we needed! We loved it and will definitely be back!!

Fabulous stay!

We loved Susan’s amazing mountain getaway. Steps from the slopes, which easily connect to all other parts of the mountain. We didn’t have a car and this was an easy walk wherever we needed to go and we took a short (free) bus to town. Comfy, cozy, and the daily hot tub was so great to unwind! 5 stars!

Great location in Park City

We stayed 1 week in this unit with my family of 4. Very comfortable with prime location. True ski in and ski out. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, we loved the waffle maker. The beds were comfortable and the unit was close to all the amenities offered, ski lockers, laundry, work out room and hot tub.

Perfect family ski stay

Perfect place to stay while skiing! We had 2 kids under 6, so we actually ended up driving to drop them off for ski school since they weren’t able to go up the First Time lift. But we could have walked if really needed (and some adults did!). The place was so cozy and well equipped! We loved our stay.

High quality ski in/ski out experience

We have stayed at the Snow Flower complex for many years, but this was the nicest and most convenient unit we have ever rented. The communications with the owners in advance of our stay were thorough and their responses to the few minor issues and questions we had during our two week visit were prompt and very helpful. They really went out of their way to make our family and friends feel welcomed in their home. We all enjoyed the easy access skiing experience, nearby hot tub, complete kitchen for cooking, and great space for relaxing in the evening. We had a great time.

A true ski in/ski out location

Location was great! The lifts were just a short walk from the condo, just as advertised. We had five adults staying in the condo and had plenty of room for everyone. It was nicely furnished, with a cozy fireplace and a well equipped kitchen. There were plenty of extra towels and blankets as well. The heated locker room was so convenient for storing skis as well as other snow gear, and the garage parking was a big plus. Just a note for anyone that might be a light sleeper, they start working on the slopes very early in the morning, and at times we could hear our neighbors upstairs (but that’s condo living). Overall it was a great place to stay, and it fit our needs perfectly. I would definitely stay again!

Excellent location - steps to the lifts and very close to shops and restaurants of Park City. Our group of 6 had plenty of space and found the condo to be very comfortable and well-equipped. The boot and glove heaters were especially helpful! Large heated pool and hot tub were perfect after long days of skiing. Owners were great and provided ample information and responded quickly to emails.

Great Location with kids

Susan was a great host! Always responsive and the unit was exactly as described. We really enjoyed the flexibility of skiing and taking breaks with the kids sledding out front without the need of a bus ride or car. Highly recommend to families who don't want to rent a vehicle.

Wonderful in every way!

Ideal condo for our family group of six adults. Nicely decorated, very comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Located right on the mountain it was an easy walk to the lifts and a great view from the condo. Susan was a wonderful host and provided all of the information we needed prior to check in, making our stay a seamless experience. Would highly recommend!

My husband, son and I are avid skiers and have enjoyed Park City for years. We hope you will enjoy this cozy ski in/ski out location as much as we do. Park City has spectacular skiing and boarding and is great for all levels of athletes. There is a great ski/board school at Park City if you are ready to try the sport for the first time. There is so much to do beyond skiing like sleigh rides, snowmobiling, shopping, dining and world class spas in Park City and the surrounding area. In the summer, there are spectacular golf courses very close by and we have tennis courts on our property. If you like to hike or mountain bike, you are in the best place on the planet. We have all that information and many discounts at the condo. Come relax and enjoy all that Utah has to offer!
