Ski right out the door from this three-story luxury townhome in the Southwind private gated community! After an exciting day on the slopes, ski right back to the door and head inside for fireside relaxation in the lofted living area where you can watch the skiers glide along the slopes.

Complimentary shuttle service is available between 524 Southwind and the resort. Stay includes access to the Southwind rec center with outdoor pool, exercise facility and more!

The Space:
Spacious open floorplan with lofted ceilings and a stunning kitchen with granite countertops. Gather the family for game night in the bottom level recreation room with pool table, gaming table, big flat screen TV and fireplace.

Perfect Place to Stay

Beautiful house/layout. High end appliances. Well kept and maintained. No issues at all. Literally ski in & out from the back door. Beautiful house throughout.

Awesome Ski In/Ski Out location

Wonderful spacious and clean home with the main ski trail right out the back door. Great views, comfortable beds and equipped with everything we needed. Good communication from property manager and easy check in. Everyone had a nice time, would stay again!

Serene escape

Amazing location for Ski in/Ski Out

I have never had such an easy ski in/ski out experience. The townhouse is literally right on the slope. It was a great space for a group of teens and parents. The house has a perfect basement area for the kids/teens to hang out in without disturbing the adults who might want to go to sleep earlier! The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. We plan to return and to recommend it to friends!
