Location, location! Amazing ski in/out unit located at the top of the Southwind Chair Lift! The back deck leads right to the slopes. Newly updated unit!

Sleeps up to 10 people when utilizing the 1st Floor Flex Room.

Living area includes an open floor plan and boasts a beautiful stone gas fireplace, new flooring, granite kitchen with huge pantry and island, and dining area. Relax with power recline sofas and dining space for up to 10 at the main table.

The first level has a one car garage, main entry and bonus room with full bathroom, which could also be used as a bedroom. The second level features laundry, a queen bedroom and full bathroom. 3rd floor has a spacious master bedroom with gas fireplace, balcony overlooking the slopes and spa like bathroom features soaking tub, stand up shower, and double vanity. Also, large 3rd bedroom with private bathroom including double vanities.

2nd Floor patio accesses directly to the Southwind life and offers ski/board storage.

Living room, bonus room and all bedrooms have brand new smart TVs. Guests have access to a private clubhouse with fitness room, outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Shuttle service is available to the resort
