Nice place

The unit was a nice place to rest during our Bay City trip. Just keep in mind that there are 2 flights of stairs with 41 steps leading to the 3rd floor.

Perfect Bay City location

This is a wonderful option in Bay City. It is centrally located, near great restaurants and very comfortable. I will not stay in a hotel again when I visit Bay City. This property is more comfortable and better priced than the hotels nearby. Do not hesitate to stay here.

The apartment is cute and small, a BIG memory foam bed that faces the two big windows through the apartment. Comes with a noise box machine and over all felt like I was little in a cozy condo.

Excellent spot in Downtown Bay City. Walked to everything. Had never been to Bay City before and wanted to be in the heart of things. This place is it. Great communication from host. Apartment was well stocked with everything needed to stay the weekend including coffee. Highly recommend. If we come back to Bay City we WILL stay here again!
