The shallow lagoon directly in front of the property is not ideal for swimming, but it offers beautiful views, breezes, and easy water access.

Excellent swimming beaches are a short walk away, and our dock makes it easy to access boat tours, snorkeling, and excursions.

As with all tropical beachfront locations:

Mosquitos may appear briefly at sunrise and sunset

Cute beach property. It has a beach charm that you would expect from an island home. There are no frills, except the pool, but you can’t beat the sunrise. Super easy to arrange travel from the water taxi and the whole island is easily walkable. If it don’t want to walk, the complimentary bikes are great. Most importantly, Desmond and Kelly next door are top tier people who made our stay so lovely. Bring your bugspray. :)

Loved Caye Caulker and beachfront location. It was nice and quiet. We rented bikes and biked down to the ferry to the southern island daily. Pool was great and sitting outside by the water daily was lovely!

beautiful waterfront view on the relaxing island of north caye caulker. Walter, the property groundskeeper, was incredible and made our stay so wonderful. we enjoyed activities on the property like paddle boarding and kayaking, and frequently went to the split to water taxi over to the south island for food and drinks

Relaxing before the diving week

The rest was wonderful. We had plenty of time to recuperate and the surroundings are beautiful. Hoping that protecting this island from too much housing development is a priority.

There were some plumbing issues but the host responded quickly and was very helpful to the issues. The beach location is great and made for good sunsets. Definitely bring in your own food to cook with because the kitchen is fully equipped.

Secluded, but easy access.

As a 95 year old, I really enjoyed ground floor living and being right next to the water. Fishing right off the dock and doing a catch and cook was a nice bonus. The caretakers were happy to take care of grocery shopping and arrange transportation.

Mr. Walter was lovely and very helpful. He was always ready to assist us, very pleasant. The property could be better maintained, but it is by the sea, so things get damaged by the salt. Moisture smell overall and rust on some utensils. We had a problem with one air condition unit and it was promptly taken care of, excellent customer service. very quiet property, great neighbors, wonderful view.

What's not to love

The location is amazing. Your own private beach, watching the sunrise. Nice quiet location. Kitchen is well-stocked and the owners had a jug of filtered water, which is much appreciated.Check-in infomration came very late. I needed to download What's app (which I did not already have), so communication was a little chaotic.Also, check out was posted as 11am, the cleaning lady showed up shortly after 9 am, which was not ideal for us.But I would stay here again.

This place is not as advertized. The water is unswimmable and full of huge crocodiles.. There is 10 ft of rotten stinky sargassum that reeks . There was no hot water , no ice machine, no bbq grill, microwave didnt work . There was a broken down fridge in living room area. Pictures on ad are probably 10 yrs old. The bar next door plays loud banging music from 10 am to 10 pm everyday. The care takers family uses the pool and and your beachfront without asking. The front door did not close and couldnt be locked. Ad says washer dryer these were not there. The floor in out door shower was rotten and I fell through it very dangerous. The ad says smoke and carbon monoxide detectors those are not there just more lies . Host did nothing about these issues when I kept asking then lied to vrbo saying all had been fixed. We had go find a hotel to rent in order to have hot shower and had to go to laundry mat to do laundry. Buyer beware.we constantly had to ask care taher for simple things like clean towels sheets, ice cube trays, about getting door fixed about hotwater and they would say oh rhe guy is coming tomorrow to fixed, tomorrow never came.

Disappointed

The views were amazing from the roof and that’s sadly the most positive thing I can say. The unit itself seldom had working water let along warm water. It smelled as though a dog had been living in the unit. I’m not very picky when it comes to beach front who really cares what the inside is like right? Well this was bad. The swimming pool was not in working condition which was a bummer. Nice location, just needs lots of TLC ☀️
