This beautifully furnished apartment can be your home away from home in one of the last remaining authentically "Parisian" quartiers in the City of Light (so says Vogue Magazine in it's 12/22 issue!)

NOTE: WE HAVE TWO OTHER UNTIS IN THE SAME BUILDING!

This apartment has been in my family for 4 generations, it is furnished with family antiques, has a fully equipped kitchen and a clothes washer.

Spacious by Parisian standards at 72m2 (750+ sq ft) the apartment maintains it's charm with beautiful moldings on the ceilings, original honey colored wood floors and clay "tomette"s on the eat-in kitchen floor, and a separate WC in the hallway.

The new queen mattress (2021) in the bedroom comfortably sleeps two, and the Twin day bed in the living room is ideal for a child or adult.

Our building has double secured entry and an elevator.

Situated in one of the few remaining familial neighborhoods, our little corner of Paris is lively; filled with cafes, parks, grocers, wine merchants and award winning bakeries. You can sit at an outdoor table facing the park and watch "le tout Paris" go by! Right next door we have a well stocked MONOP open from 8am to Midnight, insuring that no want will go unmet.

The Eiffel Tower is a quick and lovely 15 minute walk from the apartment. If, instead, you walk toward the Seine, you can stand on the Pont de Grenelle and see both the Statue of Liberty and the Tour Eiffel!

The metro station is literally a 2 minute walk from our building (I know, I timed it!) It is the Metro Commerce on the 8 line which takes you to every major monument in less than 20 minutes. The #10 line (direct to St Germain and the 6eme) is either 1 stop away (you just cross the platform to catch the #10) of a charming 5 minute walk up La Rue due Commerce.

Generally speaking we are happy to accommodate your arrival at anytime as we do our very best to not have same day departures/arrivals. That said, while we do understand that sometimes early/late arrivals are unavoidable, please be aware that there is a surcharge for that, payable in cash, upon arrival to the person meeting you. Thank you for your understanding.

Great location

Easy walk to metro and a street that has all the necessary shops cheese, meat, bakery and wine. Plus a small grocery store

Super "sympa" apartment

This apartment in the 15th arr. is located in a great residential area, convenient to public transportation. The apartment is well-appointed and sunny, in a secure building. The bed was comfortable. The bedroom overlooking the courtyard was quiet so easy to sleep. It was great to live like a Parisian for a few days. We only wish we had been able to stay longer! An added plus - greatly appreciated - was the pickup at the train station when we arrived. Merci beaucoup & a bientot, Marie!

Great

Having the ride from the airport and check in was so easy. The property was so clean and they had fresh coffee for us which was great! We really enjoyed our stay here, it felt like home. The neighborhood was quiet and being close to the commerce metro station was so helpful. It was also nice having a grocery store right downstairs! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful choice

The property is safe, clean, spacious, and well-appointed in a great location. Marie is a perfect host. She resolved a few minor issues quickly, efficiently, and effectively. We would definitely stay there again!!

What makes this property unique

Our building is in a French neighborhood not a tourist area. It is quiet at night and you will hear mostly French in the local cafes. It is an immersion experience! Perfectly located with great public transportation to quickly arrive anywhere in the city,. If you are a walker, then you will love walking toward the Seine to say hello to the Statue of Liberty as you head towards La Tour Eiffel, the Trocadero and Notre Dame.
