Enjoy the spaciousness of this townhouse with winter views of Loon Mountain ski area. Relax by the wood burning fireplace in the living area or sit on the deck and read your favorite book. However you decide to spend your stay in the Lincoln area this multi-level home would provide an ideal location.

Enter to a foyer with bench to remove your shoes. Above the foyer is the main kitchen, dining and living area with wood burning fireplace and deck access. A few steps up with take you to the open loft sleeping area with full size sleep sofa. The top most level offers the primary bedroom suite with queen bed, cable TV, full private bath and a cutout view to the living area below. Below the entry foyer, on the lower most floor of the townhouse, are two bedrooms. Each has a queen bed and a set of twin over full bunk beds, as well as cable TV, and one has AC. A full bath and laundry facilities are also on this level.

This home is located close to the path to the Village of Loon Mountain and offers Membership in the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Nearby enjoy horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking trails, and other summertime attractions.

We enjoyed the location - there is a spot to access the river right at the entrance to the community. Nice and clean with plenty of space - way more than we needed for 2 adults and 2 kids. We were aware there was no AC in the upstairs bedroom, but boy it was warm. Just be prepared to sweat!! We would love to come back during ski season.

This townhouse was just perfect for what my family needed. Plenty of space and access to the pool was wonderful! So close to all the major attractions but out of the way and quiet!

Awesome weekend getaway

The property was easy to find and it was a perfect location as we were racing at Loon Mountain Resort just down the road. There was plenty of space to sprawl out and relax. Very clean. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Wonderful stay in Lincoln

We really enjoyed our stay in the property in Clearbrook. There were a couple of things which need to be looked into though. The doors for both bathrooms squeak badly, waking people up at night. They need to be greased. Also, the toilet in the downstairs bathroom seems to be a little loose and rocks if you lean forward while sitting on it. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the property!!

A Comfortable Stay

The townhouse was impeccably clean and has some updates/features such as the loft-style master bedroom and picture window to the balcony that improve it over other units in the complex. Nicely stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook one or two meals a day. The only thing I needed but couldn't find were oven mitts. The clubhouse and pools are a two minute drive away (unfortunately Clearbrook does not have direct access via road or walkway), and we used the pools every day. The toilets are original to the unit, so are VERY low to the ground. Not easy for larger or older people, or people with bad knees. I would recommend the next update the owners might do are to replace the toilets with more modern, taller ones. Overall, a lovely comfy stay in our favourite complex in Lincoln.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 3 couples in our group so the 3 bedrooms were perfect! Also a great location for us to use as home base for our motorcycle rides in the area. We had some maintenance problems - the entry door was not in good shape and bent when we opened it. One of the toilets was not secured well so wobbled quite a bit when sat on. And the fireplace screen was broken. We stopped at the Sales/Reservation office (quite convenient to have it so close to the rental) to report all the problems. When we returned at the end of the day, the 3 problems were resolved. Furniture and other amenities were in great shape but carpet floors could have been cleaner. A candy wrapper was found near our bed on the floor and after getting a slight poke on the bottom of my foot, we found 2 straight pins on the carpet. I would guess better vacuuming was needed. Otherwise, we had an enjoyable stay!

Clean, good location, needs updating

This was our second year in a row staying at this condo, so caveat emptor. Our favourite complex to stay in, and the unit was impeccably clean and well appointed with kitchen/bathroom supplies. Communication was clear and thorough. But this unit has not been significantly updated probably since it was built, and it shows its age. To be fair, it is priced lower than any similar townhouse in the complex for summer rental, but that may be to balance out the amenities it lacks. The toilets in both bathrooms are extremely low, hard for bigger or older people to use comfortably (the one in the master bath has a loose seat and I had to go into the tank to reattach the chain for the flapper when the toilet wouldn't stop running--it had been "fixed" with a safety pin in the past). The master bedroom mattress is torturously uncomfortable; of course there are other beds but I slept on the couch. There is no air conditioning, not usually an issue but summers are hotter than they used to be and this is no longer optional even in the mountains. We will continue to rent in Clearbrook/The Village at Loon, but not in this unit.

The dining room had plenty of seating as did the couch in the living room. The access to the pools at Loon was great for a low-key day during rainy weather. Could have used a better floor cleaning. There were crumbs/dirt/cobwebs all along the edges of the main floor. The downstairs where the bulk of the beds are smells musty and could use a dehumidifier.

It's in the midway of Lincoln town center and Lincoln woods trail, thus convenient for both shopping and hiking. The fitness center in Village of Loon is just 2 minutes driving away and it has plenty of outside and inside pools for kids to have fun. The layout is a little inconvenient if shared by 2 families. Master bedroom is on 3rd floor with its own bathroom, the other 2 bedrooms with bunkers are both located on 1st floor sharing 1 bathroom. There is no bathroom on the main floor. Also the 1st floor tends to get very humid as it's almost like a basement.

Would stay again but not in summer.

This property looked exactly like in the pictures. It was clean. Plenty of beds. Comfortable. Upon arrival, all my kids wanted to do was go swimming but there was no pool pass and it took a few calls to get it. Management was very helpful and responsive. My kids loved the pools and the hot tubs. My only complaint and thing that would stop me from staying again was the overwhelming smell that hit you when you opened the front door and in the two downstairs bedrooms. It was a musty/moldy smell which I’m sure is a result of the very wet summer. The owner definitely needs to install a dehumidifier to help with the problem. The management was nice enough to send over an air freshener which helped cover up the problem but really, it needs to be dealt with. If this was fixed, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Maybe it’s not so bad in the winter?
