Located in the 900 Ocean condos, this bright, super clean one bedroom condo offers everything you need for a short or long stay in the center of Ocean City, NJ. Located steps to all of Ocean City's best things - beach, Boardwalk, Downtown Asbury Avenue and so much more! Situated on the top (fourth) floor of an (private, key-access) elevator building, the unit comes with its own large, private covered parking space. This condo is perfect for anyone with mobility issues or for families with small children as there are no steps to the elevator and only one small step into the unit.

UNIT FEATURES
Welcome to your bohemian, beachy penthouse suite! This top (fourth) floor unit with building elevator was completely updated in 2023 including new floors and paint throughout, new Smart TVs, new light fixtures and fans, and an updated full galley kitchen.
The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed with connected full bathroom and a large covered outdoor terrace offering sweeping views of Downtown Ocean City and the 9th Street Bridge. A large Smart TV, air conditioning, and plenty of drawers will help you settle in nicely.
The living room features a pull out sofa, table for four and plenty of seating to kick back and relax, with a large Smart TV, free internet, and air conditioning. The living room also connects directly to the bathroom and galley kitchen, making it a convenient space for all guests to enjoy. The unit also comes with board games and two beach tags for use during your stay.
The updated kitchen is stocked with cookware, silverware, glasses, paper towels and dish soap. There’s a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, and oven.
The bathroom has a step-in tub and is stocked with toilet paper.

Lovely place, would stay again!!

We loved our stay at this unit, it's so cute and the perfect location! The parking spot is very convenient and there is an elevator which was very helpful carrying our bags to/ from the car. Once we parked we didn't need to move the car since Asbury Ave and the boardwalk were within walking distance. The unit is spacious and perfect for a small family. We will definitely stay again!

This was our second time to OCNJ for a family vacation and this condo couldn't have been in a better location. One block to the boardwalk and two blocks from the main street shopping/restaurants. Condo was very clean. We weren't in the condo very much as the weather was perfect for our beach vaca! Only drawback was the smell of the hot water. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee/afternoon cocktail and people watching

Good trip!

Overall we had a good trip here! The place was cute and it was close to the beach. The listing says it sleeps 5 but it’d be a pretty tight fit if you slept that many. My biggest cons with this place is the water smelled pretty bad (worse than typical Jersey water) and you needed an elevator key every time you went up the elevator. Jody was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

The condo room was nice and convenient to all attractions in Ocean City, the boardwalk, Asbury Ave., etc. The host was easy to communicate with and did reach out to me ahead of checking in to let me know the property was available to check into early / and explained exactly the particulars of the check in process which I appreciated and thought it was a nice touch that he did not need to do.

My wife decided to make a last minute booking by the beach and somehow was fortunate enough to stumble upon this little gem! Jody and his team were super helpful every step of the way and they are proud experts on EVERYTHING in Ocean City! We arrived late, just during dinner and no one made us feel like we were being any inconvenience. We were treated like Family and cannot wait to return each season. One night was NOT enough!

This was a terrific rental, newly updated and very clean. Everything we needed was there, including laundry in the building. Jody (the owner) was responsive. I found the listing misleading -- "penthouse" was a bit much, as it is a 1 BR condo on the same floor with a dozen others. Nice but not really. And we could never use the wifi - Jody provided instructions but they did not work. I'd rent it again.

Great location

Great location. Having stayed at many VRBO’s, and seeing no linens provided, I thought that just sheets and towels were needed. Be forewarned. No pillows, covers or blankets are provided. Also, if you can believe it, no hair dryer. We had to buy one. Would have preferred, they skipped the salt water taffy and had provided hair dryer. Hot water has odd smell. But if you are aware of all that, it really is a nice place to stay. And we really had a great time.
