This attractively decorated and very well kept 4 BR, 2 Bath home is located just steps from the beach and boardwalk. It has all the comforts of home (including a 55 inch Smart TV in the Living Room, a 32 inch Smart TV in the Master bedroom and TVs in each of the other three bedrooms) along with a fully functioning kitchen and dining area. It offers gorgeous cathedral ceilings in the main area and master bedroom (with a Sleep Number mattress) and an over-sized, private front and back deck for your comfort, as well as a roof sun deck! Breezy in the summer and cozy in the winter, it's available year round for a wonderful and restful get-away. Located on the second floor for quiet and privacy and in a very well kept area, this is a place you will be glad you chose for your next get away or vacation!

Wonderful home close to beach!

My husband and I and our adult children had a wonderful week staying at this very well-appointed home close to the beach and boardwalk. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need. We especially enjoyed the 3 decks! This is now our go-to place to stay when we are in OCNJ!

Paradise at the Shore

We loved our stay at this property. Julie was so kind and accommodating in her communication and gave us an early check in and late check out! I only wish we could have stayed longer. My favorite feature were the decks, where we were able to enjoy the salt air and sun during our weekend getaway!

Beautiful home that is close to the beach and boards. We enjoyed our stay even with the rainy weather for most of the weekend. The home is clean, comfortable and inviting - home away from home. As always, Julie is a wonderful attentive hostess.

Girls getaway

The house was perfect for our winter girls getaway. The TV and large open room allowed us to stream our conference and all gather together for food and fellowship! Thank you for every careful detail you attended to from coffee to laundry soap! It was a well stocked kitchen for all our yummy meals as well. We will sure to book again next time!

Gorgeous home

This is a gorgeous home that is incredibly clean and beautifully maintained. Only 1 block to the boardwalk and beach. Awesome front and rear decks. We loved the open floor plan. Owners were easy to communicate with and very friendly. We spent Thanksgiving here with our daughter and our dogs. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much Julie!! The perfect home

This entire experience was absolutely perfect. Originally from the area but live out of state now. I came to visit my family who lives in a nearby town. I had the worst travel day with my flight being delayed and canceled and was in the airport for 9 hours. Walking into this beautiful home after that was exactly what I needed. The place was spotless, and cozy, and beautiful. I had my niece over and she played some board games that were at the house. It’s a block from the boardwalk and close to all the shops on asbury. There’s a gym at the end of the street which was perfect for us. It was truly a home away from home. It has everything you need and Julie was s nice and available and accommodating. 10/10 recommend and cannot wait to stay here again.

Comfortable home so close to the beach

Julie’s home was the perfect spot for a mother-daughters weekend at the Shore. The main living area was spacious, comfy and thoughtfully appointed. The kitchen had every little tool you might need to cook a meal. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were not cramped at all. It was so convenient to walk to the beach/boardwalk from here. A super short walk lands you right at one of the entrances onto the sand. Julie also provided a bunch of Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas and beach passes. Another fabulous feature were the three decks. Because there are decks on the front and the back, you can get sun or shade at some point all day. Julie was a super responsive and gracious host. The process was all simple and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend Julie’s home to others.

Amazing Pet Friendly stay

We love the beach in the off-season. The location of the property was perfect for walking to the boardwalk and the beach; which we did frequently in the beautiful weather! The home was incredibly pet friendly for our two-year-old medium Labradoodle. The attention to detail for renters was much appreciated. The kitchen was well-stocked, the gas fireplace took the chill off after walking in the brisk fall air, and the two decks made for an easy and relaxing experience. We were even able to use the beach cruiser bikes! For in-season rental, there are plenty of beach chairs available. While we brought a deck of cards and cribbage, there were other games available if we wanted to try them. As a side note, dogs are allowed on the beach in the off-season; however, they are never allowed on the boardwalk. We would definitely revisit this property in the future!

Great Location, lots of room

This property and the owner are both lovely. We were grateful to have so much space for our 3 year old to play during the rainy parts of our stay. The location is great, access to the beach and boardwalk are steps away. Overall a great experience.

Family house for son’s wedding

Great customer service right from the start! I can tell Julie takes renting her property very seriously and wants to ensure everything is perfect from the start! She is a wonderful host and the house was much more than we expected!!! Nothing was overlooked to a fully stocked kitchen with coffee and spices to cook with, to games, and everything you could ever need to take to the beach! Would highly recommend!!

Best Host, Perfect Location

We booked last minute for a family wedding and the home was perfect. We were able to walk to most events and you are right at the boardwalk! The best was Julie our host, she was more than accommodating. And my kids loved the recliners at end of sectional. Will definitely come back.

Great house with an ideal locations

The house in about one block off the beach /boardwalk and is easily walkable to go to the bathroom or get food food etc. It comes with everything. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, coolers, bikes and a grill. It was clean and fit us all perfectly. We loved the multiple decks and the proximity to the boardwalk and shopping. The owner checked in numerous times to make sure everything was good. I recommend this property without hesitation

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because we loved the location of the house! What could be better than a quick 1 block walk to the beach and boardwalk in one direction and Piccini's pizza (got to be the world's best) just three blocks the other direction? Oh, and Starbucks just a quick walk away. We also loved the layout of this home, the friendly colors, the gorgeous and spacious front and back decks and the quiet, private beauty of the second floor.
