Newly remodeled casita

Beautifully remodeled Casita (1000 Sq Ft), sparkling blue pool, amazing views of lookout mountain, close to shopping, spring training, Waste Management Open, Barrette Jackson, Dining and much more. The Casita is located on my property (2/3 acre) with plenty of space and privacy. the property has a basketball court, large lawn and my pup loves company :) please message me directly if you have any question’s.

Phoenix Casita

I initially chose to stay in this rental property due to the great location, perfect size, and huge yard for my dog to enjoy - and I was not disappointed! The owner, Zack, was very communicative throughout the process and was extremely welcoming and attentive as I arrived and got settled in. The newly renovated casita is clean, bright and feels very spacious, and it’s set far enough away from the main house to give a sense of quiet and privacy. The grounds are amazing too with sitting areas, places to grill, grass and mature landscaping, basketball court, and even a chicken coop and a resident wandering tortoise! I enjoyed my stay immensely, and found the casita to be comfortable, relaxing, and complete with every amenity I needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a Phoenix visit oasis, and I thank the Nichols family (including Pilot the goldendoodle) for making me feel so welcome.
