Cozy Chic BnB is a newly renovated modern coastal retreat that comfortably sleeps 7. Our home is located in Misty Cove, a family-friendly neighborhood with a pool, and is a short walk (0.3 miles) to the beach and Pompano Joe’s. It is also centrally located with plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment options nearby. Our goal to deliver a clean, modern, coastal, chic home away from home for your stay on the Emerald Coast!

Our home is easily walkable to the public beach access and Pompano Joe's. A beach wagon, 2 beach chairs and beach towels are provided.

* Down the street from Pompano Joe's seafood restaurant which has public bathrooms, an outdoor shower and public access to the beach and parking.
When you book Cozy Chic BnB at Misty Cove, you will be given a keyless entry code the day of your arrival (self check-in). The entire home will be accessible with the exception of a storage closet on the patio and a small owner's closet inside the home.

Hidden Gem

The condo was beautifully decorated and it is the corner condo. Located about a 5 minute walk from the beach. The condo was super clean with comfortable beds. Great place to stay! The owners were great with communication.

Great stay in Destin

This was our first time in Destin, the property was just as described with a cute pool that we can access. Short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. The beach was gorgeous. I would stay here again.

Wonderful property!

This property was exactly what I was hoping for! It was walking distance to the beach. Pompano Joes was so close. The kids loved the pool!! All the details were on point. Design features were updated and everything was so clean!!! If I was to give recommendations, I would ask for a couple of beach chairs to use at the beach. The owners were so prompt with getting back with us. We extended our stay and they were quick to help with the process. We would definitely stay with them again!! Thanks!

We personally manage this home. Reginald is a CPA and Ashley is a real estate agent and together we invest in real estate. We reside in Georgia with our 2 daughters and enjoy traveling. Outside of Miramar Beach, some of our favorite destinations so far are Mykonos, Greece; Venice, Italy; and Soufrière, St. Lucia.

Why they chose this property

We have visited Miramar Beach many times as a couple and family over the years. We love the location and specifically the neighborhood and close proximity to the beach. In our opinion the Emerald Coast offers some of the best beaches in the U.S. In 2022, we decided to buy and fully renovate this vacation home, which was truly a labor of love. Our goal is to offer a modern coastal vibe for our guests to make their vacation enjoyable and memorable.

What makes this property unique

We chose this home due to its prime location to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Also, the family-friendly and quiet nature of Miramar Beach was the perfect fit for us!
