PLUS THE COMPLEX OFFERS PARKING ALL THE WAY UP TO 7th FLOOR ENABLING GUEST PARK ON 7th FLOOR AND TAKE STAIRS UP ONE FLOOR AND AVOID ELEVATORS ENTIRELY TO 8th FLOOR UNIT 801!

Our condo is perfectly situated on the 8th floor with incredible views and awesome sunsets! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 58" SMART TV in the master, and a 58" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, the 4th bedroom is appointed with a Queen bed and a full over full bunk. We also have a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Very nice condo

The condo was very nice. There were a few essentials missing , some towels, soap, no dishwasher soap. Dishwasher was not emptied, had a few things in it, one was a baking sheet that was wet and rusty. One recomendation I would make is to have more information about the area, like things to do around.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a nice setup for the family and all were satisfied with the condo; i.e. bedroom setup was great with King beds and a bath for each. One of the turnoffs was the floor, if you walked from one side of the condo to the other your feet were almost black from the tile floors. This really took away from the desirability of the unit. We have stayed in Orange Beach / Gulf Shores for the last four years about this same time an have yet to have such a new unit be so dirty. We had to wash the floor mats in the bathroom multiple times as they were filthy looking after a couple days use. I did contact the management company on day two of our ten day stay to complain of the floors, they did send a maid service, but the maids said they would need to steam clean the tile to get it cleaned. Whoa! Really, this unit is only months old. Well, all in all it was fine beside having to wear flip flops or ruin some socks to keep the feet clean, but maybe they can get more carpeting or get it steamed clean before the next folks rent it.
