This is a Gulf Front condo, the balcony is overlooking the beach and Gulf!!! On the SouthWest corner with incredible sunset views!!!



Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with upgraded cabinetry in the kitchen, tile throughout, custom art work and modern decor! We've added curtains in the living room to block the afternoon sun!



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2600 sq ft condo. This corner south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking sunset views. A wet-bar, stereo system and ice-maker will enhance any party. Also enjoy the the views from the bedrooms as each has its own balcony!!



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, as does the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms while the 4th bedroom has a Queen. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living are providing sleeping accommodations for 10.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We stayed for an extended weekend over the Thanksgiving. My wife and I and 3 basically adult daughters, as well as my parents. 28th floor provided some great views of the Gulf, and of Gulf Shores just down the parkway. Everything was clean and as described. The elevators were fine once the move-in rush died down a little bit, but I could see the elevators being overly crowded in the summer months. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Our group of 7 loved this condo. It has all the comforts of home plus an amazing view of the ocean. Only thing is they could use more elevators. Depending on the time of day they can get pretty busy. The place is amazing though!

As everyone else has said, the host is outstanding. The room was very clean with amazing view and very well decorated with what looked like new furnishings. The parking was easy and the elevators were fast. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect for multiple families

We had a group of 9 of us staying together (3 families) and this worked perfectly for us. Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Indoor pool was warm. We played pickleball numerous times. Elevators were quick (something I wondered about when booking a condo on the 28th floor!). Would definitely recommend.

I have read reviews about the long waits on the elevators and we did not experience any long wait times. We traveled with 4 couples and each couple got their own room with a bathroom. The only complaint would be that the dishes were not washed very well before us, we had to rewash everything we used. Pick up more toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, as we noticed we ran out really fast with what was provided. Otherwise this was a great place to stay and would stay here again.

The pool and beach were very well maintained. Would definitely stay there again!

Spacious condo

The check-in process was quick and easy. This condo is on the 28th floor which is great for the view. We only had to wait twice for a significant amt of time for the elevators. It’s a great corner unit but we were bummed the sunsets weren't over the water. The bar area could use some love. There was no muddler to make drinks and the glass shelves weren’t dusted. The ice maker was fabulous tho! Overall we had a great time and i’d recommend this unit for large groups - the patio is roomy. We had a couple rainy days and we’re able to enjoy time on the patio.

Great condo - missing a few things

Loved the condo! Big, clean, quiet and roomy. Just a couple things kept us from giving it a full five stars. The washer and dryer don’t work properly. The water in the fridge doesn’t work. The ELEVATORS…. They are aweful. The need more at peak times. For a place this size six elevators are about far from enough. Lot of time spent waiting on elevators.

Plenty of space for 8 people to have their privacy but family time also. The saying "You get what you pay for" is very true in our stay at Phoenix West II. All the guest were very polite and respectful. That was worth the extra money we normally would pay for a condo unit. The lazy river and slide was so much fun. We enjoyed the huge indoor pool when we were tired of the sun and heat. Plenty of delicious places to choose from to eat plus the well equipped kitchen for breakfast and lunch. I would love to stay in this unit again on our next trip to Orange Beach.

We had two little kids with us so we had pack and plays, high chairs, walkers, strollers, etc. and there was more than enough space for everything. The beds were comfortable, nice showers and tv's. Our only complaint was with the cleaning service. The floors were not swept or mopped before we got there. If you took your shoes off, your feet were black within minutes. We had to go buy a broom and mop to get everything cleaned up. We are hoping it was just a careless, one-time mistake. I would rent this unit again, I would just make sure it was cleaned properly, or be giving someone a call to handle things immediately. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

The wait for the elevators was absolutely unacceptable. 30-40 minute wait at times for an elevator. Long lines to wait for an elevator on the bottom floor at the end of the day. The beach was entirely too crowded. We rented chairs from Ike’s to try and reserve waterfront space, and the chairs were so tightly placed together, it was like we were sharing with neighbors. We had a 4 bedroom condo, only received 3 parking passes, my family members were left to park in public parking miles away. We had visitors who attempted to visit us for dinner, they were turned around and told they could not come. There were dirty towels and laundry left in the room on check in day. There was also sandy beach toys left in a closet.

Great communication with the Host. Very easy check in process.

We had an amazing stay! The host was always available to answer questions and the check in process was very convenient and easy. The only issue we had was the construction on the parking deck. The entrance was used for two lane traffic since the exit was closed for construction. Orange Cones were placed to separate the exit/entrance. When Coming out of the parking deck, while trying to avoid all the orange cones that separated the “make shift lanes” my daughter hit the wall. My car has a huge scratch all the way down the right side. When I went down to take photos for insurance purposes, the cones were moved and a cone placed by the wall as warning. The cones needed to be there but with proper spacing for larger trucks and SUV’s to be able to swing out to a avoid the wall. I’m Definitely not happy about this. When we arrived we had to use the exit for the entrance /exit as well. At some point one side or the other was closed off. Although fun, It will be a very expensive stay.
