Owned and managed by long-term WaterColor renters, your stress will wipe away once you enter. Perfectly situated right next to Seaside and backing up to a nature preserve, this cottage is just a short walk to the Beach, Camp WaterColor and all of the nature trails of WaterColor.

With a brand new EZ-GO Lithium Golf Cart, a new whole home dehumidification system and 4-bikes at the house, there is no need to even drive! After you have enjoyed the incredible amenities of WaterColor, fall into the incredible brand-new Four Seasons bedding in each room and enjoy the latest shows and movies on the brand-new TV's (with Netflix, YouTube TV, etc) with fast wireless internet. All of our bedding (duvets, shams, pillowcases, and sheets) are professionally laundered and pressed between every stay to confirm clean bedding for every stay.

Absolute BEST location, especially for families. Enjoy the amenities of WaterColor while being just a short walk/ride to the excitement of Seaside. Home was beautiful and clean, and much more spacious than anticipated. Beds very comfy, and the back porch was the perfect early morning hangout spot for littles that don’t like sleeping on vacation. We previously stayed in Rosemary Beach which was beautiful, but this area is sooo family friendly and a much more relaxed vibe. We will be back

The home is lovely and in a great location. Be sure and bring your own oil, sugar, tin foil etc, because the house is not stocked with anything other than salt and pepper.

Very comfortable

Great location within the community. Beds were very comfortable. Golf cart was great for getting around. With parking spaces hard to come by it was easy in & out everywhere we went. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! We had 3 generations stay in the house from 20-80 years old for a week and everyone had their own space and plenty of room. Check-in was easy! The beach club and walking to Seaside were our favorite things to do, along with bike rides. The golf cart made getting around so easy as well. We had a fabulous stay and we hope to be back soon! Perfect vacation!

Truly an unforgettable vacation! The house was amazing and exactly had advertised. The location of the house within Watercolor is perfect. You can walk right into downtown Seaside or to any of the pools. It was truly a luxury vacation we will be booking again!

Wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for 3 couples - close to pickleball courts, walkable to Watercolor and Seaside. The golf cart came in handy, too! We enjoyed the two lovely screened in porches. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommend.

The Watercolor neighborhood was family friendly, safe, and clean. The property was as advertised and clean. The management was very accommodating and addressed every concern and request. We will return and will seek this owner’s properties on future stays.

Excellent property

Very clean good layout so kids could be upstairs and adults down. Provided golf cart, bikes and not advertised but available were are a few beach chairs and umbrellas on the side of the house. Be prepared to pay to park golf cart or car at the beach or pools. Bikes can be parked anywhere for free and then locked. Convenient shopping. Chairs at a premium at the pools but there was plenty of room on the beach and chairs and umbrella set ups can be rented. No need to reserve them ahead, just go to beach rental place. Smart TVs in every room. Bring your streaming passwords. WiFi plenty fast. Great walking, running, and biking paths.

Amazing family home

Pros: The comfortable beds, updated decor and furniture, being so close to everything and the biggest highlight was the golf cart, our kids LOVED it! We plan to return and stay here on our next trip out to seaside. Everything was top notch and was a perfect house for families of all ages. Cons: leaving to go back to reality. Felt like home

Upon entry, it smelled clean and was indeed spotless. Everything was thought of. Pack n Play to noisemakers for the kiddos. Ample space abounds within, and a screened-in porch and deck are spacious and well-appointed. I will stay here again!

Perfect watercolor vacation

Our family of four had a great vacation and this house was absolutely perfect! Three very comfy king size beds plus bunk beds provided options for our boys to have their own rooms. We spent most of our time on the back porch and even had a family of deer join us for dinner and a nap one evening. The bikes and golf cart were a wonderfully well-utilized added bonus!! Nathan was extremely responsive to questions leading up to and during the vacation. We would love to stay here again!!

Spring Break

The house was perfect for our family of 4 with older teens (18 & 15). The walk to tennis courts was perfect. We used the golf cart some, just for riding around, but were able to walk/bike easily to Seaside or Camp Watercolor. Loved that both porches were screened. There’s a super-short shortcut to Seaside on foot that hardly makes it worth unlocking the bikes. We would very likely stay here again.

Obsessed

This was our 4th stay in watercolor and this house was perfect for us! The golf cart was updated and battery life was great. It had a speaker which we loved! The property owner, Nathan, was super responsive and would respond back with any questions right away. We loved the location and the fact that this house was on a culdesac- it felt safer for our kids to run and play. 10/10 would recommend- we’ll be back for sure! Oh and the bedding and mattresses were SO comfortable!

A Watercolor Gem!

I’m tempted to keep this home a secret for myself, but the home and owner deserve a fabulous review. Wonderfully located between the Beach Club and Camp Watercolor. Very comfortable beds with nice quality linens. Extremely responsive and kind host. Golf cart with sound and bikes both included. Very clean property. We’ve visited 30A nine times and this was our third trip to Watercolor. I would not hesitate to book this property again. We are thankful they opened their home to us! It was a wonderful place to stay! Don’t hesitate to book; you will be very pleased with your experience.

Thanksgiving

The house was everything we wanted for Thanksgiving week. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 young children. The bunk beds in the upstairs bedroom with the king was perfect for my grandkids. The back porch and office allowed those that worked their privacy while the rest of us stayed in the family room. The golf cart was so handy for the trips to the beach and shopping. The kitchen and laundry have upscale appliances which we utilized. Also, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, great knives and pans. All in all we found this house to be very clean with nicer mattresses, sheets and towels. And there were better TVs throughout the house, just not only in the family room. Watercolor is a beautiful community and I could see us renting this cottage again.

We had a wonderful stay in Watercolor! The house is in a perfect location. Easily walkable to Seaside which is a huge plus! We enjoyed our early mornings drinking coffee and tea on the screen porch. The only downside is the upstairs ceiling fan doesn’t turn on and one of the downstairs ceiling fans rotates very slowly, so it did make for some warm nights while sleeping.

Simply perfect!

Our stay was top notch in every way. From the first interaction with Nathan, the owner, to our departure … it was a wonderful experience! The home is beautiful, modern, yet very cozy and sparkling clean. The bedding is incredibly comfortable and the home was stocked with everything we needed. You simply cannot beat the location…a short walk to Seaside and Watercolor . But if walking isn’t your thing, no worries because the 6 seater golf cart ( it’s actually what they term a Low Speed Vehicle so even nicer!) is right outside the front door making quick trips on 30A fun and very easy. Plus, this lovely home provides access to all the Watercolor amenities including the fabulous Camp Watercolor ( a huge hit with kids) and Watercolor Beach Club as well the actual beach. This is our first time to stay in a 30A home not directly on the beach and I have to say, it’s now our new favorite! Nathan is an incredible host, his communication was precise, prompt, very friendly and helpful. Thanks again, Nathan… we will be back!

Our Lyonia Lane cottage is our third WaterColor House and our favorite-With a 2.5 year old (Bankes) and another due in February, WaterColor is a very special place for our family. We hope you and your family can create the same types of memories at our house in WaterColor!
