Beautiful and comfy

This was a beautiful and very comfortable space. I have no complaints except that I happened to be there at a time when the woodpecker’s were attracted to the reflective windows. But if you’re an early riser or where your plugs, you’re fine. I have no complaints about the host. The facilities were immaculate. The bed was soft and actually soft, a lot of times, the definition of soft in Mexico in regards to beds is slightly different and so I actually bring my own twin mattress pad and I didn’t need it. Thank you so much Rachel for hosting me. It was lovely and I will look you up again in the future. Five stars across-the-board

Cozy, Quiet, Conveniently Located & Beautifully Designed

We really enjoyed our stay in Sayulita! The room was cozy, yet spacious, with beautiful design details and thoughtful extras like bottled water, a beach blanket, and local snacks. The room is located towards the backside of the property, which shares a front gate with a boutique hotel. It's located on a quiet street, but is also just a few minutes walk away from all the action. My partner and I were hoping to have access to a pool during our stay, but there's so much to experience and explore in and around Sayulita, we found ourselves out and about more often than not. Rachel was very quick to respond and very accommodating. Hope to be back soon!

I'm originally from Canada and since have studied, worked and lived in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and Portland. My husband and I are both designers and now split our time between Whidbey Island and Sayulita. We're passionate about art, design, travel, surf and yoga.

Why they chose this property

Our guest room is attached to our private home. It faces a quiet street in a residential neighborhood minutes from the beach and town. Guests have private access and do not share any spaces with the owners. We now offer breakfast, lunch and cocktail service steps away at our neighboring boutique hotel.
