The space
It is a quaint space, but perfect for three people comfortably. If you want an extra person to sleep on the couch, let us know when booking! The maximum number of guests is 4.

This is a single-family home with street parking for one car. Be sure to avoid the fire hydrant by parking in front of the duplex next door. There are two flights of stairs to get to the front door (no other stairs are inside the home).

Other things to note
Check-in is any time after 4pm EST. Checkout is at 11:00 AM EST.

Out of consideration of the neighbors and in accordance with Atlanta's short-term rental ordinance, we ask that no one hangs out on the porch after 10:00 pm to keep the noise down.

We do not allow smoking anywhere on the property, even the front porch.

The secret phrase is "Outkast". Please include this in your message to the host when you send your request to book.

Finally, the person booking this home must be present for check-in. Third-party bookings are not allowed due to Airbnb's Terms of Service.
