Amazing new house and location

My family stayed at this beautiful home on the water for a week. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean, and they had anything you could need in the kitchen. We also really enjoyed fishing on the dock. Beach access is directly across the street and was very convenient. The owner was very quick to reply. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect Beach Stay

This house is everything it appears to be in the ad. It was the perfect location for our vacation with our children and grandchildren. The beach is just across the street. Fishing off the dock behind the house is also great. It was the perfect house for our family!!

Beautiful Space

We had a fabulous stay at Sonny Seas. The home was large, with plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed to cook meals. The porches were great for visiting, and sitting out on the dock was our favorite thing. David was easily accessible via the message system on VRBO and he answered quickly any time we had to reach out. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Wonderful stay & experience

We truly enjoyed our stay. The slider doors in 3 rooms were our favorite part bc it rained a bit but we could still enjoy the view and relaxation. the chairs on the dock were put to good use for evening sunset and the owners were lovely. We will be back. thank you for having us.

House was very spacious and had amazing views! Large kitchen with ice maker, large fridge and gas stove top! Huge kitchen island! House is set back from the road and even when it was sunny the dock was so great to sit on with the breeze! Not a crowded area, easy walk to the beach! We love our long stay!

Roomy, clean, and relaxing

This was a lovely vacation spot for our family. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for us. It was freshly renovated and in great condition. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and had beautiful appliances. It has a nice view of the water from the living room, porch, and two of the bedrooms. We truly enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

Luxury Home + Perfect Location

This home felt like we were staying in a little resort. Every detail has been attended to - plenty of seating, bedding, tv’s, and space for everyone. The upstairs bunk room is like a little apartment, perfect for kids. The beach is across the street (a one-minute walk) and the lagoon out back is beautiful. The beach wasn’t crowded at all when we were there in peak summer - it’s a nice way to enjoy the gulf without the crowds. Perfect home!

Great Location and views

This house was in a great location. You have the bay on one side and the beach on the other. Very spacious with plenty of room to spread out. This was the type house you can pack a bag and nothing else. There were plenty of chairs, toys, wagons, baby items so no need to bring yours from home. The kitchen was great with all appliances, an ice maker and wonderful island for guests to gather around. David was very attentive and would definitely book with him again. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

It was a large open floor plan home. Looked exactly as the pictures. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. We could choose to crossthe street to the beach or go out the back door to the logoon. Perfect for multiple families

My siblings' families and mine (6 adults and 5 kids) booked for a last minute long weekend trip. David was super accommodating for us given I reached out only a couple days before. The adults fit perfectly in the bedrooms and the kids loved the big bunk room. We loved how big and open the kitchen/living area was. Made for such a fun weekend spending time with our families! Would definitely book from David again in the future.

Beautiful Home in Perfect Location

We had a lovely stay in this home. The ice machine was a HIT - we didn't know how much we would use it. The kitchen was huge and the giant fridge was great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We had more than enough beach and regular towels. The basement was stocked with beach toys and a wagon that were used daily. We also used the basement fridge for adult beverages that wouldn't fit in the upstairs one. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and one that we will always remember.

My wife and I have been avid fans of Gulf Shores Beach our whole lives. We both live in Nashville, TN and have been vacationing there for a long time. I am a homebuilder in TN and she is a nurse. We have two little girls and love spending time with them in the southern sun. Please enjoy our slice of heaven on the coastal waters of Alabama. Charles Stirling (Sonny) is my wife's grandfather. He passed away in February of 2021. He owned multiple properties throughout Gulf Shores and Alabama over his lifetime. This house is a tribute to all that he meant to my wife and the short amount of time I spent with him.

Why they chose this property

The ability to have a dock on little lagoon was the most appealing aspect to us when purchasing this property. West Beach Blvd tends to be quieter than Orange Beach and closer to Hangout. Our side of the beach is all single family houses which gives people more room to breathe and not be on top of each other. The beach is just a short walk down the driveway but you also have the ability to sit on the back porch and enjoy little lagoon. Most days the water is calm enough to water ski. The fishing is great even just off the end of the dock.

What makes this property unique

The open floor plan in the middle of the house allows everyone to enjoy each others company but all the bedrooms are tucked away enough for privacy in the evenings. We buried a 500 gallon propane tank that feeds our tankless water heater (unlimited hot water) as well as our 48" gas range/stove. I like to cook and gas ranges are just better in the kitchen. Every room has a smart tv which allows you to stream anything you want or log onto our youtubeTV account and watch cable channels. All the natural light from the windows helps the outside come in even when the weather is bad.
