Two brand new 50 inch televisions, a large enclosed room which runs the length of the condo and you can enjoy the breezes or keep the widows shut if you prefer the a/c. Very active community. All brand new dishes, pans, silverware, towels. Vero offers a variety of entertainment plus there award winning beaches. There are over 3 miles of private roads for biking or walking. Golf course and restaurant on site. 6 month price $1750.00 9 month price $1650.00.

Why they chose this property

Vero still has a small town feel while having a lot to do. This community is very active. There are social events, yoga classes, computer classes, bingo, water aerobics. You can do as little or as much as you would like. We picked out the furniture to have a coastal feel with your comfort in mind.

What makes this property unique

The golf course winds its way through the community. The botanical gardens are within walking distance. A short bike ride to the beach.
