Apartment in Downtown Vero Beach
You'll be in the heart of downtown Vero Beach in this apartment just off 14th Avenue. Enjoy walkable access to local restaurants, bars, boutiques, coffee shops, and galleries,. There are numerous downtown street festivals throughout the year. It usually takes less than 10 minutes to drive to Vero’s beautiful beaches and the Indian River. Just over the bridge is Riverside Theatre where you can see free live bands Thursday-Saturday year-round.
We have off street parking close to entry door.
Outdoor security cameras are present.
Guests have access to the entire apartment and the designated parking spot.
Important details to note:
The Apt. is one and a half blocks from the Florida East Coast Railway. You will hear trains and train horns.
The Apt. is about 3/4 from Vero Beach airport. You will hear planes.
The Apt. kitchen does not have a dishwasher.
The Apt. does not have laundry machines.
The twin bed is in a room that does not have an interior door. Please see photos.
