Our family of 5 adults had the best time at Geoff’s property. The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was fully stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. The house very well taken care of and welcoming. The location was great and close to so many beaches and shops. Communication with the host was quick and responsive.We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and welcoming place to stay. We look forward to forward to booking again in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay at the Quiet Top-Floor Penthouse with Golf Course Views from January 25 through March 31, 2026. This three-bedroom condo was the perfect home base for our extended stay on the Big Island.The location in Waikoloa Beach Resort is fantastic—walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach, and an ideal base for exploring the entire island. It’s also a walker and runner’s dream, with sidewalks throughout the resort. I enjoyed a morning run every day!The condo was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed for our entire stay. We especially enjoyed the lanai overlooking the golf course, where we loved sitting and watching the golfers.The amenities were excellent, including a beautiful pool, open-air weight room, ample parking, and community gas grills. We made great use of the grills to prepare some of the fresh fish we purchased locally.The owner was wonderful to work with—very responsive and quick to address anything that came up. That made our long stay especially comfortable.We highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Big Island. The location, accommodations, amenities, and attentive owner made for a fantastic experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning!

Great place to stay with our young daughter and adult son - plenty of space for everyone! Location was very nice, we could walk to everything at the resort area but the condo was nice and quiet. We were thankful for the beach towels and beach accessories, and especially for the washer and dryer! Would definitely recommend this to anyone going to the Big Island. Thanks!

Had an absolutely amazing time. great location, very convenient walking to everything. Geoff’s communication is amazing. Any small question he was there for and was amazingly accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here. If you even thinking about it, just do it you wont regret it.

Great stay

Stayed in this fantastic 2 bedroom loft unit overlooking the golf course. Was an easy walk to all the amenities. We will defiantly be booking this unit again when we need to accomadate the family.

Everything you could possibly need, in excellent condition, plenty of room, and in walking distance to many shops, restaurants, a gas station, and the beach. Great location

Property was very clean and very well stocked. Walking distance to beach, shopping and dining. Lanai was wonderful. Beds needed to be replaced but otherwise a great choice for a family vacation.

Location is perfect

We had an amazing family vacation to the Big Island and enjoyed our condo as per usual. We’ve rented at the Fairway Villas many times and you can’t beat the location. The condo was well equipped and very quiet.Communication with the owner was easy and the check in process was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for the great stay!

This property was absolutely perfect for us! The access to fun shops and tasty dining was fantastic. It was all close enough that we could send our older kids over to the markets on their own, which they loved. The property is close to many incredible beaches, which we can never get enough of! The property owner was very kind and super easy to work with. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

Great Apartment and Location

Apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Location was very close to markets and beach. The patio had great views of mauna kea in the morning, and if you get lucky on a clear night you can see a good bit of stars. One note was that the wifi was spotty which made it difficult to work, but otherwise we had a fantastic stay.

Condo in primo location.

Nice condo in prime location with a beautiful view of golf course and mountains. Needs some minor repairs which didn't affect our stay at all. Gym and pool were great, and walking distance to shops, groceries and restaurants was a plus!

Great place to stay

This is a great place in a great location. Plenty of room for our family of five. We stay at Fairway Villas every year and the loft units are the best for keeping all the kids happy.Talked with the owner several times as we are looking to buy eventually. Great wealth of information for us. If you like to watch the golfers hitting into the green, this is the perfect place. It sits above the green and the lanai is a great place to enjoy breakfast and watch the action. Definitely recommend this unit for families and large groups.
