Amazing location and beautiful beach views! Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo could use a good deep clean, but that is my only complaint. Otherwise, great unit!

Big kitchen, love the tile floor in majority of unit. King bed very comfortable. Great pressure in shower. Carpet in MBR stained, and old. Due to owner changing services, only 1 working tv for half of stay. Pool, hot tub,grills, and beach

Great location beaches were beautiful

Microwave broke on our second day we call and had a replacement within two hours You do need to replace pot and pans some were very bad looking.

They need to fix that. Also the vents in the bathroom are so full of dust and lint they need cleaned out. Very visibly noticeable. Other than that it was a great trip! Lots of room! The king size bed was very comfortable! Perfect view! Perfect atmosphere! Great people to meet!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great views! Great location! Great complex! Filthy unit! When we arrived the A/C was not working. Waiting for a repairman was not on my list of things to do on my Florida vacation. We were informed that the problem with A/C was the filter had not been changed since 2019. the drainline was clogged. Every A/C return in the unit was covered in dust. Upon opening the couch beds, we discovered what appeared to be vomit, trash, and part of a Pop-Tart on the floor underneath. I wasn't about to assume the sheets had been changed! It was clear the unit had been surface cleaned - fresh lines, bathrooms wiped, floors mopped before our arrival. However, it was also obvious that it had not been thoroughly cleaned or up-kept in long while. In addition to the dirty A/C filter the drain line was clogged. The track in the closet in the master bedroom had been bent so if you open the door too far it got stuck open. One of the kitchen cabinet doors fell off the hinge upon opening it. You were alotted one bath towel for the length of your stay. Ours was 7 days! The was an ironing board, yet no iron. A vacation is meant to be a time of relaxation not waiting for repairmen and cleaning up after strangers!

It is requested that all guests report problems as soon as possible so we can address any problems when they are found instead of waiting until after the guest leaves to hear about situations. We will be speaking to the housekeeping staff to ensure a cleaner unit. We would have gladly made available additional towels upon request. We are glad you did enjoy the location and hope you will consider renting through us again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group consisted of 3 adults and there was plenty of room. Very clean and plenty of kitchen supplies. The furnishings are older but in good shape. We had a very relaxing time until our upstairs neighbors moved in with some pretty rowdy children. We were then awakened early every morning to what sounded like elephants riding chairs across the ceiling. The worst part though was they kept holding the one, very slow elevator at their floor so no one could use it. Not the rentals fault, but just be aware that you might have to roll with some punches from the complex. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We had some of the coldest weather in Florida history and still got to enjoy them. Location is a very easy walk to everything. Most important though is the beach, gorgeous views from inside and out of the rental and property is right on the sand, can't get better than that!

Picking up the key is a pain

Everything was terrific with one exception, altho this seems to be true with most condos in that area. There is no code for the condo door - You have to travel several miles to an office to pick up a key. This is really inconvenient for anyone who flies in and doesn't rent a vehicle.

Overall we was very pleased with our condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. Only complaint is there was only 1 elevator for all the units so you have to wait for a long time for it to come up and go down. And inside the elevator was ridiculously hot! Needs ventilation!!!!!!

Great Location

We were very comfortable staying here. The kitchen was very nice and came with all the staples. A larger fry pan or griddle are needed. King size bed was comfy, the twins were not very comfortable. The location is great, not far from Johns pass. 7-eleven across the street for items you missed. Beach is beautiful. Pool and hot tub were nice. Corn hole and bocce ball available to use at any time. We found lots of sand dollars on the 2nd sandbar, this made our trip!!! We would stay here again.

Laundry facilities are located on the 4th floor. Only downside is the mattresses on the twin beds aren't super comfortable but the one on the king bed is great. We would definitely come back.
