Delmar · The Quaint and Cozy Boho - Central the Sites!

This ultra cozy 1,000 sq ft home is cute, fun and stylish. It includes all the amenities you could ever want or need. This quaint little getaway is perfect for couples, friend groups or the whole family including your furry friends! Walk to Grant Park, Zoo Atlanta, coffee shops, breweries and restaurants, and don't forget to catch a concert at The Eastern right down the road. The famous ATL beltline entrance is at your doorstep for walking or biking to the sites!

We have 3 bedrooms, all with their own closets to store luggage and clothing. Each bedroom also has hooks if you need to hang jackets or bags and a full length mirror for when you need to check yourself before a night on the town.

Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third has a twin bunk and a floor sofa bed that folds out to a twin bed. The third room could comfortably sleep 2 more or be used as a game room.

We have two private workspaces for remote workers and lightning fast fiber internet.

We provide board games, puzzles, coloring supplies for adults and kids and an old school game console in this bunk room, along with extra towels and sheet sets in the closet.

Enjoy all your favorite streaming apps on the 43" smart tvs in the living room and the third bunk room powered by high speed fiber internet.

In the bathroom, we have provided plenty of shelf space for guests to store toiletries. The bath/shower is super roomy with the extended shower rod and there is hot water for days! The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and a complimentary essentials container under the sink in case you forgot anything.

We provide a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook your favorite meals including baking supplies. There is seating for up to 6 at the dining room table.
On those sleepy mornings enjoy complimentary coffee and tea provided.
The cozy kitchen has TONS of cabinet and pantry space for you to store your groceries as well as counter space when you need to food prep. (Note there is no dishwasher)
Stacked washer and dryer located in the kitchen for laundry. Detergent and dryer sheets included.

On beautiful sunny days, take advantage of the spacious backyard! The back porch has plenty of seating and a propane grill with all the utensils. The fenced in back yard has lots of space for the kiddos and doggos to run about. In the storage container on the porch we have a frisbee, ball and badminton set. And on those chilly nights, take in the warmth of a cozy fire in the backyard firepit.

You will gain access to the home with a code you will enter into the smart lock. You will receive this code through Airbnb message and email upon booking your reservation. The code will activate and deactivate according to the dates of your stay.

The driveway can accomodate 2 cars single file and there is plenty of space to park along the cul de sac. To access the beltline from the home, make a left out of the home and your first right. Follow the road through the "White Farmhouse" neighborhood and it will bring you right to the entrance of the beltline!

I live very close by and can be reached through Airbnb or phone if guests need anything during their stay.

Ormewood Park is a growing desirable neighborhood and has a unique blend of new and old where urban meets historical culture with a great mix of active young individuals and families out and about. Look out for streetcar trolley signs on the front of the homes you see here. This represents Ormewood Park being the first streetcar neighborhood of Atlanta.

The driveway can accomodate 2 cars single file and there is plenty of parking space for additional cars along the cul de sac. To get to the beltline from the home, make a left onto the street and then your first right into the white "Farmhouses" neighborhood. Follow the road to the entrance of the beltline.

The home's perimeter is completely enclosed front and back with a fence! We currently have a chain link fence and due to lots of trees in the area, it has gotten pretty beat up. We are preparing to put in a new modern fence soon! To completely fence in your pets just close the front driveway gate. Also, be aware that the driveway slopes down pretty steep. Please be careful, especially when it is wet outside. Back yard and unfinished basement can flood occasionally during heavy rains. We have a sump pump installed for this purpose.
? ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING

No smoking inside the home! This includes pot.?If you smoke, we just ask that you be respectful and do so outside. Please dispose of butts in the provided ashtray for your convenience. Any evidence of smoke inside the home results in a $300 FEE.

? PETS

We just love furbabies but we ask that you please pick up after your dog outside in high traffic areas and do not allow pets on furniture. We provide extra sheets and towels for dogs that you can use to cover the furniture if needed.
There is a pet fee. Please add your pet in the reservation. If you fail to add your pet to the reservation and bring them anyway, you will be charged a $150 fee.
**We allow no more than 2 pets per booking.

? NO PARTIES

No additional overnight guests that are not on the booking. We have on site security. If you are throwing a party, we will call the cops. You will be asked to leave immediately and will not be given a refund.

LONG TERM STAYS

Reservations over a month long will be charged an additional deep cleaning fee.

? PARTIES IN THE HOME WILL RESULT IN A $600 FEE AND ANY DAMAGE WILL BE CHARGED AT COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME RESULTS IN A $300 FEE.

Spring Break

House had a very strong air freshener odor. Not a bad smell, but strong. Back deck has stains and needs pressure washing, back yard could be picked up; random items there like empty water bottle, a brick, and an extension cord. Front yard had no grass. Lots of mud when it rained. Location was good.

Since your stay, we have removed the air fresheners to create a more neutral environment for guests who may be sensitive to scents. We have also completed extensive outdoor maintenance, including pressure washing the deck and improving the exterior areas of the property. In addition, we’ve recently updated much of the home's furniture and continue to make improvements to enhance the overall guest experience. We truly value guest feedback as it helps us maintain high standards and create a more enjoyable stay for future guests.

Disappointing

The first thing that you encounter when you open the door is the musty smell like a basement. There is a humidifier running in the dining room. The pictures do not reveal that the house is at the bottom of a steep driveway so the rain just collects at the foundation. My husband has a chronic lung condition so staying here was most unpleasant. We would not recommend this house.

We are sorry to hear the home was not a good fit for your stay, especially given your husband’s health concerns. Guest comfort is very important to us. The home is routinely maintained and inspected, and the dehumidifier in the dining area was intentionally placed there to help control humidity levels during periods of heavy rain and Atlanta’s humid climate. Since this stay, we have continued to make improvements to the property, including additional attention to ventilation, outdoor drainage and landscaping, and overall guest comfort. We understand that sensitivities to humidity and scents can vary greatly from guest to guest, and we always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we have the opportunity to address any concerns in real time. We appreciate the feedback and remain committed to providing a comfortable experience for future guests.
