- There will be a $250 security deposit hold which is refundable if the property was not damaged in any way.
- Shared pool is open from Memorial Day - Labor day 10:00am - 9:00pm.
- Shared laundry facility and gym are open during office hours on, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
- There is a smoke and decibel meter that will notify you via text if you reach the noise limits for our area, or if you are found to be smoking (cigarette, cigar, vaping, or marijuana) on the property. Please note that it does NOT monitor or record conversations, but simply the noise level and the presence of smoke.

Bad experience

I had high expectations about this property, pictures looked good, location was good.Check-in and checkout processes were easy. Property not as good. Outside of the property does not look good, strong smell of weed outside of our apartment that you could even smell inside. Size of the place wasn’t bad, but it definitely needs better cleaning, corners, walls, floors were not clean, or very dirty. What’s worse, we found several cockroaches crawling on the floor, walls and kitchen counter. Our stay was short, otherwise we would have left the apartment at the first sight of a roach. I understand places are never perfect, but lack of cleanliness, or a roach problem are just unacceptable. The price of this property was not cheap. I could add pictures of the roaches, but I’ll skip that. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
