Quiet hideaway base for vacation or business stay. Longer lease available. Own outdoor area for relaxing. Single occupant best, but 2 can stay w/ pullout pop-up bed. Come and go in privacy. Charming, feels like home! No shared space. No kitchen, but food prep, w/ small fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, hot pot, dishes, etc. All linens provided. Parking, laundry on premises. TV, premium channels, wifi. AC unit with own controls.

Staying for an internship

I stayed at this property in Sarasota for a clinical internship for 3 months. Quiet and comfortable. Great host. Very helpful and accommodating.
