Welcome to the Taft House! A 2000 square foot newly renovated two story 110 year old farmhouse with modern amenities and old farmhouse charm. Private two car driveway and large fenced in yard including a fire pit for your enjoyment. Full size basketball court and park just across the alleyway. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Just a 10 minute car ride to the airport, Speedway race track or downtown Indianapolis. Two designated work spaces. Three fully furnished bedrooms. Multiple shared spaces. Wi-Fi, board games and televisions provided for your enjoyment.

Conveniently located

We appreciated the fact that the property was conveniently located off the highway and near several attractions. Although the overall stay was quiet, the sleeping arrangements were less than desirable for adults.

Convenient to Downtown

A very clean, cozy older house with updated kitchen, baths and laundry. Quiet neighborhood. This met the needs of four guests very well. Close to downtown food and drink, Lucas Oil Stadium and Convention Center. Lyft/Uber had no problem finding us for picking up and dropping off. Next time in Indy, I hope this property is available.

Perfect for our needs!

We were a group of 5 people in town for a convention, and this home was exactly what we needed! 10 minutes away from the convention center, close to the airport, near grocery stores for us to stock the fridge. The home is well maintained, clean, and comfortable! Each of us had our own bedroom, and the common areas were perfectly usable and cozy. At one time we had four cars parked in the fenced-in parking, and had ample room. If we return again, we'll defintely consider rebooking this home again!

Had everything we needed

Nicely remodeled. Bathrooms were clean. Nice, big driveway inside the fence (could likely fit 6 cars?). Two beds upstairs but room for one or two more beds (or air mattresses?). Didn't use the front porch cuz it was too hot and looked like work-in-progress. A/C kept us plenty cool. Didn't have any problems.
