Work & play in our High Country Hideaway! This is the lower unit of a duplex. We have room for a family of four, but not more! One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other double bunk beds. The bathroom is bright and woodsy; washer & dryer available.
There is a full-sized, well equipped kitchen, a dining area, a breakfast bar, a walk-out deck, and a comfortable living room with stunning picture windows. A work space is provided, including a wrap-around computer monitor. It is an inspirational place to work in the forest! Many TV viewing options are provided. There are games and toys for the kids.
Our home is a quiet refuge in the forest. It is perfect for a visit to the “High Country” or a business trip. It is affordable, clean, and family friendly! We are minutes away to everything that Boone has to offer: Appalachian State, Samaritan’s Purse, Rocky Knob for mountain biking, downtown Boone and Blowing Rock, Appalachian Ski Mountain and many other area attractions.

We are medical professionals who spend much of our time in French-speaking Africa. We enjoy coming back to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and we love this house! Boone is a lovely mountain town with a lot to offer.
