About this property

This is a great house built from Granite from Grandfather mountain. There has been an addition of a 500 sf Great room that is fantastic. Nice open Living and Dining area with fireplace in the living room. There is a large unfinished basement with laundry and a garage. Sits on an acre lot on a curve overlooking the mountains with a lot of privacy. A beautiful view! Located just a few miles from ASU campus. Has 2 private bedrooms (1 queen and twin bunkbeds). Also, has queen sleeper in the Living Room. Stated rate is for up to 4 guests. Additional charge of $10/night for 5th and 6th person. We require that renters be at least 25 years old. Outside only security cameras are in use at this property.

I was enjoyed with my family. It was wonderful place to stay.

As I said on the above it is fabulous. I can say it is wonderland to me and my kids. Short but completely suprise.

Great Getaway in Boone

I thorougly impressed with this rental. It was very cozy feeling. The decor was unique. That sunroom was incredible. Look forward to bringing others with me to enjoy it.
