Beautiful beachfront 9 bedroom 7.5 bath Florida Gulfside home with a private pool (which can be heated as an add-on option, please let owner know you want this option). Pool deck area includes many lounge chaises, kids chaises, a bar with swivel chairs and an extra long table to seat 14 for outside dinners. We are adding an elevator for guests coming in 2026 and beyond. There is a private dock on the beach with a picnic table, bench swing and steps to the beach. We offer a chef quality kitchen, arcade room with full size arcade games, game room with ping pong, a putting green, corn hole, foos ball and toddler corner. There are Bluetooth speakers outside to help you enjoy your tunes by the pool or on any of the many decks and entertaining areas overlooking miles of open beach. This area is not overly crowded and you should not expect to have to fight for beach space. A sandbar runs in front of the property keeping waves in check. This house was designed with every amenity in mind. It has 3 refrigerators, a built in ice machine, two dishwashers, and plenty of quality cookware. There are smart tvs in every room and outside by the pool for gameday action, Starlink wifi throughout, an oversized gas grill that will allow you to cook all 25 hamburgers at once. Large pots provided for a seafood boil. Gas is provided for the grill. On demand hot water throughout. This property is well maintained and was recently completely renovated down to the studs. This house is so close to the beach you will feel like you're on it when you sleep.

The host was amazing and easy to work with. The house was beautiful—very clean and in a great location. The sleeping arrangements are ideal for a big family or group. Truly an amazing vacation experience.
Location is perfect, beautiful views, great beach for walking. Big location for bigger familes and groups. Listing stated that the location is accessible but the elevator was not working/in use, it is also for cargo not people. Bring extra bodywash, shampoo, hand soap ect... as we were only given a small amount. If they had beach towels we did not find them. Small negatives that did not damper our great vaccation. We would rent again!

Beautiful home with a pool and direct access to the beach from backyard. Perfect for hosting our family event!
Our family of 21 (10 adults, 11 grandkids) spent the week here and could not be more pleased! We had the best time. The views are magnificent, the home was immaculate, and communication with the host was phenomenal. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Would definitely recommend this home!

We appreciate the review and so glad you were able to experience what drew us to the show property a few years ago. Gulf Coast Vacation Properties is a great property management company and we will pass along your compliments to them on how clean they keep Oceans Nine.
Our Family of 18 had our annual vacation on St George Island @ this beachfront home the first week in June 2025. We had ages 7 to 80. PROS: The location is great, right on the beach and was very comfortable for beach life. Pool is adequate for children with outside shower/bathroom plus a large table for outside eating. The grill is a plus as well. There are 2 large refrigerators/freezers in the kitchen, a small ice maker & a large electric stove/ oven with overhead vent. 2 dishwashers were great! The facility was very clean. The outdoor deck space was great for lounging etc in cooler parts of the day. Views from the inside den/deck were phenomenal with dolphins, pelicans, seagulls etc seen daily! There were adequate spaces for 8 cars. Some of the bedrooms downstairs had mini splits which cooled well. CONS: This is not a modern open concept beach home, but a renovated home with several additions, stairs & step ups. It is advertised as a 9 bedroom home but really 6 bedrooms with several bunk rooms & pull out sofas. There are several rooms that do not cool well and need fans. It is not as spacious as the pictures depict. There are stairs that might be difficult for those with ambulation problems. The umbrellas on the deck have seen better days and with gusty winds were unstable. The advertised downstairs game room is not air conditioned and is very hot during the day. It was not used at all during our stay.

We absolutely appreciate when guests take the time to provide feedback which we can respond in writing to but also take away action items to help us always make Oceans 9 the best 9 bedroom on the beach front.
To be clear, we do describe and show pictures of all 9 Bedrooms. We also discuss the renovation of this SGI original home. We show pictures of each room so bed type can be understood.
Top floor has 5 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen, 1 triple twin and one bunk). Each living room provides a queen pull out sofa in addition to bedrooms. 4 baths service the 5 BR.
Lower floor contains four bedrooms(3 Kings and one bunk). 3.5 baths support these 4. The house has indoor games with AC and a larger game room was built in our former garage and it has an open air flow concept with fans as needed. If it gets too hot, ten steps away is the beachfront pool.
We replace outdoor furniture annually due to heavy winds and salt air.
Our lift is going to be installed very soon for assisting people who struggle with a flight of steps. Good suggestion.
Thank you for coming. If you come back, you will see lots of new additions. We generally replace outdoor items in the spring.
