The backyard is your sanctuary, boasting a covered outdoor lounge area with a 65” TV, salt-water pool, BBQ, dining area, putting green, cornhole, pool bath and numerous spots to relax and restore. Loungers, beach chairs, and pool floats for you to enjoy. While the pool isn't heated, given the desert air can be quite chilly, it is always ready for guests who choose to take a cold plunge.

Inside you will find tile and wood flooring, ceiling fans, nice furniture, hotel grade linens, and appointments throughout the entire home.

Chef's kitchen is equipped for your culinary needs, including a generously stocked pantry and a dedicated coffee/tea bar. You'll also have access to purified drinking water to stay hydrated. Our digital guidebook provides local recommendations, including culinary and other services.

The island provides seating for four, and the dining table can be extended to accommodate up to 6 people.

All 3 bedrooms have table side plugins for most devices, hangers, and extra linens. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfy bed, luxury linens and everything else you need to have a comfortable, worry-free stay. Apart from the 3 beds, there is also a Queen-sized Sealy inflatable mattress. And 2 bedrooms include smart TVs, while the third is equipped with a desk/workspace.

There are 3 bathrooms, including a convenient full pool bath!

You can make use of 2 cruiser/bikes to explore the nearby trails or for a quick jaunt to the market.

Yoga mats, hand weights, bands, kettle bells are yours to enjoy. On-site yoga classes and certified massage therapist services are available - we've partner with local businesses to do the leg work for you.

The laundry room comes complete with a full-size modern washer and dryer, as well as provided detergent pods and cleaning supplies.

You'll find parking space for 2 vehicles in the driveway, along with a L2EV charger to recharge! Guests have sole access to the property, except for parking in the garage.
