Great property!
The house was perfect for our family of five. It was well appointed, especially in terms of basic household items, appliances, etc. The outdoor areas are fantastic - from morning coffee on the porch swing to evenings on the screened in deck. The house and property are beautiful!

We wanted a comfortable, clean and well equipped house that was dog friendly while we searched for property in the Polk/Henderson County area. This beautiful, new home checked all the boxes…

Quiet, beautiful setting
We stayed one week in this beautiful property. Loved it’s open floor plan, its new construction, Seriously still smells new. There’s everything you need in one place. Jennifer was great at communicating and we had a need for absolutely nothing. Definitely recommend.

Gorgeous, peaceful and perfect
This house is so beautiful, inside and out. We loved everything about it. Very easy to find and settle into thanks to the owner's super detailed and helpful instructions. They prepared a binder with tons of information about the house and surrounding area. The bed was comfortable, decor was stylish, the kitchen has EVERYTHING you could possibly need (and it's huge and modern). The screened in porch is amazing and could seat at least 10 people. There's a cute fire pit, which we didn't use, but it would be awesome because it's surrounded by tall pine trees and opens up to a star studded sky with no light interference. We enjoyed the Lake Adger trail, which is 13 miles. We didn't walk the whole thing, but would have liked to. The hosts suggested we visit the Tryon International Equestrian Center. So glad we did. It is a short drive and was so fun. We even got to see folks competing at the indoor arena. We had a nice breakfast there at the 50's style diner. Jen and Joe also had great restaurant recommendations - dinner and craft beer at the Iron Key, which is also a short drive from the house. Also a yummy dinner at the Burnt Shirt winery in Lake Lure, which was a. short drive. We can't wait to come back with a group, as this is the perfect getaway for a weekend or week.
