The kitchen and basement have been renovated in late 2022.

Highly, highly recommend this property! We booked for our wedding having never visited, but it was absolutely incredible! There were so many cute spots on site for photos and multiple locations host a reception. We cannot wait to see how the photos turned out!! The property manager was exceptional when planning accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances at the property beyond their control. She was also available during our stay and proactive with communication (maintenance having to come over, etc.)The only 4 star I gave is for listing accuracy, just because there were renovations completed after we booked, so it was a bit different, but the listing was updated after renovations were completed. There were plenty of tables, but I do wish there were more chairs available because we had to have our guests carry their chair from the ceremony into the barn for the reception. Not a huge issue, however. All in all, it was the perfect weekend, and we are so glad to have had it here!

Wonderful wedding

It went great, we had a problem with the hot water and they came out the same day and fixed everything,, only thing would be have a check list of items in the barn, we had ordered tables, barrels, and stuff and they already had it on site. It would have saved us money on that end. Other than that can’t wait to see pictures from the photographer. The house, barn and area was so beautiful.

The perfect wedding.

Wow, we were absolutely blown away when we arrived to this incredible property. The whole place was immaculate and magical!! Our host was so responsive and helpful throughout the whole process of our wedding, from the planning process to making last minute changes due to weather. Our entire family enjoyed their stay, there were so many rooms and lots of entertainment. The hot tub was such a relaxing addition to the busy wedding weekend, not to mention the wrap around porch. I can’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else. If you are getting married and thinking about renting this place, or even just on a family vacation, DO IT!!! You will not regret spending time in this oasis. We can’t wait to go back for our next family vacation!

Communication was great up until there was an issue with the home and when I had questions about not having enough room for all our guest after damage to two bedrooms (wouldn’t answer about damage or when it happened) Did not receive a phone call about displacing some of our guest who were suppose to stay there as well until 3 days prior to check in and 5 days prior to my daughters wedding. Offered us a home an hour from the venue/home but that was not an easy option for us and having daughters wedding as we couldn’t move the wedding to the new home offered as it’s not allowed. Offered us full refund to find a new venue 5 days prior to wedding after having this one booked for over a year. Did give 1823 refund for a new home we found close by that we had to find on our own with no help from property managers. It is a beautiful property for a wedding and the home is beautiful as well, so when everything is in working order I would think it would be even better to have a large amount which was originally offered of people stay. Wish the host could’ve been more kind when responding as although the issues were out of their control it was also out of ours!

Amazing location with beautiful home!

Our planned family of 11 vacation to the Smokey mountain started off rocky with our prior reservation. We were in TN and stranded with no place to stay- we went back to search and came upon this listing with an eye- catching picturesque barn. We reached out to see if there could be a special accommodation for immediate reservation! Within minutes our message was responded to and that’s when we knew we found our home for the week! We were able to occupy the rental on the same day and could not be happier with the location and home. It’s within minutes of busy Pigeon Forge but far enough away where you can have a calm relaxing stay-in. The house is wonderful, charming and has everything you will need or think of for your stay. The house was so spacious and there was more than enough room for our entire party. The hot tub was a hit and we loved that all room could access the porch with their own sitting chairs and porch warmers. While we didn’t utilize the separate in-law suite - it was a nice touch/space for anyone needing the extra room/ quiet space. The movie room was amazing! There is so much more- but long story short- this is the home away from home that you need and we will def be looking to book again in the future.
