Why they chose this property

This midcentury modern gem is nestled right on the beach!
It was erected in 1966 during the Apollo Space era as one of the few hotels people could come to stay in if they were visiting the beach, rockets, or working on them! Folklore has it that it later became an office building for contracted rocket engineers. It later turned in to a condominium in the late 70's.
It's one of the few original buildings left from the great space race era.

What makes this property unique

It's quaint, quiet and unique! A little piece of history with a lot of fun in the sun! =)
