Great for families with lots of elbow space and entertainment for all ages. Take a stroll down the beach or a short trip to view or hike through the magnificent redwoods. The accommodations couldn't be better. Clean, beautiful, comfortable. Outdoor, ocean view hot tub. Listen to the pounding surf while you bask in the warmth of the bubbling water..Newly added fire pit. May have wood available. Bring your own marshmallows. THE FISHING IS RESTRICTED FROM THE SHORE ALONG THIS AREA. CALIFORNIA FISH AND GAME HAS NOT "POSTED" BUT ARE KNOWN TO HANDOUT TICKETS WITH LARGE FINES FOR DOING SO.

Great beach house

We love coming to this house every year. Right on the beach (on the bluff over the waves with some stairs down to the beach). Fully equipped, clean, and perfect for day trips to Brookings (to get fresh off-the-boat Dungy crabs) and to the Redwoods just east of Cresent City.

Beach view

The location on the beach was fantastic. The house is wonderful. Lots of space. Great layout. My only suggestion would be to make it easier to spot the driveway. It’s on the highway, so you need to quickly know when to turn in. Would definitely return.

A wonderful house for the whole family

The location was fantastic. We enjoyed hikes in the redwood forests and along the beaches and then headed back to the house to play in the game room, which my children loved.

perfect family vacation

We drove all the way from Ohio and were absolutely happy with this property. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view and beach access was incredible. Lounging in the beachfront hot tub was so relaxing. The kids were never bored between the beach and the arcade! One of pur best vacations ever! thank you!

A gem on the beach

This is a great property with quick access to the beach. Amazing game room which we did not use due to wanting to spend our time outside. Hope to come back again.

Beautiful property and mesmerizing views

Layout of the house was perfect, we were a small group of three but the house could easily accommodate 3 couples with some kids. Kitchen was well stocked with amenities. The house was as clean and well kept. The ocean views from inside the space as well as out on the patio are stunning. We spent hours soaking it all in. There is a path to the beach that my 80 year old mother could easily navigate. I absolutely recommend this space and would love to visit again to watch another sunset from the hot tub!

Our Annual Beach House Weekend!

This is our second annual weekend with our friends to this house where we celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. We love staying here because there is plenty of space for our large group and the kitchen is big enough for us to cook together. There is beach access for strolling on the quiet beach and the game room on the top floor adds a nice level of fun on those rainy coastal days. Beds are comfortable, the house is clean, everything works as it should except some of the video games will take your quarters and not let you play so beware of that. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing time right on the water.

We stayed here for a family wedding/family reunion. The home itself is lovely and spacious. Free Wi-Fi and TV made relaxing easy. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms roomy. The very best part for me was having nothing between us and the ocean. We had a private staircase down to the beach which was never crowded. You could sit in the hot tub and watch the waves roll in. With Brookings and Crescent City both within a reasonable driving distance it was easy to pick up groceries and anything else you forgot. There is even a walking trail through some of the Redwoods less than 30 minutes away.( We are new to VRBO so neglected to bring basics like shampoo and soap. Thankfully someone brought a blow dryer. )

AMAZING!!!!!

We stayed here in mid-November 2019 for 5 days 4 nights with my family of 5. Pros: 1. Cleanliness - this place is really, really, clean. I'm picky about bed linens smelling fresh. This place has great linens! 2. Towels - there are so many towels! Even with little ones using too many, leaving them on the ground, etc, I didn't have to wash any the 5 days we stayed here. 3. Beach - this is a really unique beach. There are huge rocks for kids to climb, with shells, and interesting rocks to pick up off the beach. The access is from the side of the yard down maybe 15-20 steps. The staircase is well-maintained. It was awesome! 4. Hot tub - every house on the so Oregon coast needs a hot tub! This one didn't disappoint. Loved it! 5. Privacy - You can hardly see neighbors nearby. When you are in the hottub nobody could see you! The house is up higher than the beach, so people walking by on the beach can't peak in the house either. Really nice! 6. Super close to Brookings or to Crescent City. Love this location! 7. Water pressure - sounds weird huh? But it's spectacular! I think it overwhelmed the kids a bit, but my husband and I loved it! Fastest shower ever! 8. Two master suites - This comes in handly when you have older kids. 9. Bathrooms - all of them are large and well-maintained. 10. Tile Flooring on first floor - loved the tile, especially in the master. This is where you go and come into the hot tub. The tile is easy to clean, and don't stress about kiddos getting the floor wet. 11. Beautiful kitchen! It's huge, it's well-stocked, it's wonderful! 12. The painted rock garden was really something to see. I wish paints were provided. Remember to pack some! It was a fun family activity painting our rock. 13. TWO picnic tables in the backyard. I loved this! It's so close to the kitchen, so easy access out the back slider. Great for painting rocks, for having a meal, or sit with your favorite book hearing the ocean! Con's 1. Highway noise. This place is RIGHT off Hwy 101. You can hear the traffic in every room, probably worse in the bedrooms. But it really isn't that bad. Peek open a window and the roar of the ocean makes you forget about all car sounds! 2. The video games cost money. At this price point I find this ridiculous. 3. Internet was a bit spotty. We had some issues with streaming videos. Overall... AMAZING! We will be staying here again!

Excellent Beachfront Location

The reviews don’t lie. This place provides a true vacation experience. We didn’t leave the property for our three days there. It didn’t feel right to not stay and enjoy the homes views, direct beach access, game room, and outdoor lounging areas. My family had a great time, the weather was agreeable the entire time, and I’m glad we chose this location, in conclusion everything was perfect.

Amazing House
