This was a wonderful place to stay in Savannah! Great location to walk to everything you will want to go to. Parking was easy, we didn’t get back into the car until it was time to go. The location was very quaint, lots of character and charm.

We enjoyed our stat here so much for a long weekend getaway. Rose and her pup, Mabel were so friendly and gave great recommendations for places to eat and visit. The best part is everything was within walking distance and we didn't get back in our car until the morning we left. We will definitely return.

Rose and her pup Mayble was a great host and I had booked a short stay for Halloween weekend and a surprise proposal! It’s a very short walk to everything and the area is great! Cozy neighborhood spot close walking distance to everything

Came for a conference and had a great stay. It was a quiet place for my dog and I to stay at, plenty of parks nearby to walk him between talks, easy access to walk him to and from restaurants in the city, and also drop him off when I wanted to do things without him. Rose Ann was a wonderful host and even connected me with some dog walkers if I was going to be too busy to get back to him! It was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

What a wonderful time in a beautiful city. We found a wonderful basement apartment in the historic district at the last minute. Our host Rose responded quickly and met us when we arrived in town. We loved the apartment and the amenities- much better than any hotel rooms that were available. We cannot wait to return for another visit.
