Casa Vivir la Vida is a newly renovated home with luxury upgrades to ensure you with the most relaxing stay. Located very close to the Vanderbilt Beach area, very close to Mercato and great restaurants. This freshly renovated home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 5 beds and a futon. Features an open kitchen with center island; heated Pool and a gas fire pit, to relax and enjoy the nature. The house also has a game room in the garage with pool table, games, BBQ, sports equipment and beach supplies.
The space
New designer upgrade furniture. 3 bedroom, master has a King bed and the other 2 bedrooms has a Queen Day Bed with a Twin bed on the bottom; each room sleeps 3 guess.
2 new update bathroom, open concept kitchen Island, Dining room, living room with a flat smart TV 75”, with cable and Internet connection to watch all your favorite programs and electrical fireplace to enjoy the night In the bedrooms their is an smart TV. Dealing fans, Queen bed and a twin bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and cook ware need it to cook, bake, Grill. The house has Central air condition.
In the pool area you may find 3 different seating areas, including 2 lawn chairs, the pool has a water heather; BBQ grill, is totally covered with a pool cage.
Also has a large backyard with a wooden deck enclosed Gazebo and a seating area with a fire pit. the back yard estimate space size is 700 square feet, surrounded with beautiful green nature, trees and plants.
The house has a great Game room in the garage with a pool/ Pingpong table, table games, toys for kids blackboard, refrigerator, Beach chairs, towels, cooler, and beach umbrella to enjoy the visit to the beach.
We provide a dog Cage in the garage and dog food station and bags.
It also has a washer and dryer and we provide the laundry detergent.
Also you can find the work station with a Computer desk and chair in the master bedroom.
We provide the essentials for the bathroom like shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and towels. In addition as a complementary we provide sufficient supplies to make your coffee and tea during your stay.
We just want to make you feel like you are in your home or best.

The property is located in a very relaxing and quiet neighborhood. Extremely clean home with everything you need for a pleasant & relaxing stay. Close to shopping, restaurants and some beautiful beaches with the host being super accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay very much. House was clean and pool was wonderful. We paid for heating the pool and it was great. There were plenty of chairs but only 2 loungers so it was tough for us 4 ladies to lay in the sun together. The kitchen was nice and well stocked for us cooking most of our meals. The living room furniture could have been more comfortable but all in all everything was good.

We stayed here for one week with our dog. I'm positive my review won't do this place the justice it deserves. It's exactly as shown in pictures, beautiful. The kitchen island is gorgeous, the showers are huge and so pretty, the screened in pool area is amazing. We paid for it to be heated and it felt so good, even in February. The yard was fully fenced and very large so our dog was also happy. The master bedroom had a very comfy bed. This place was nothing short of amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I wanted to hide someplace and stay longer.

Review

Home looked exactly as pics. We had a few initial questions and they were answered quickly. The host was very attentive and responsive and I was very thankful for that. However, we had two issues that had to be addressed. One dealt with water and other required my family and I to leave the home. The manager/host quickly came over to assess the issue and informed us that we would need to leave and she would refund all of our money for the stay. Needless to say, I had purchased this home for 8 days -7 nights and had to leave on the third day. We had purchased groceries for our week long stay and had to make new accommodations at last minute, and although she told us we could stay to wash and do what we needed to find a place we were quickly pushed out. Now, we did not want to stay any longer than needed due to the issue at hand. And it was a issue of a large magnitude, but being that we were in from Texas and had to find a place for remainder of week it did take a little time. The home itself looks exactly as pics, but it’s more to a stay than just how something looks. In addition, I was told my money would be refunded due to this issue but that did not occur. I was sent a message only refunding me for the remainder of the days. Not to mention my family was not in the safest of places for the days we stayed and the measures we had to take to ensure our items and belongings were tended to accordingly prior to moving to a new place. I am not a happy customer.

The house has a large Backyard creating a very peacefull ambiance, private pool, plenty room to enjoy and relax.
Naples Florida has been nominated last month as the best place to live in USA.

What makes this property unique

The gazebo area in the back yard is a great place to expend the afternoon or the evening, we love to turn on the fire pit and enjoy a drink follow with a great conversation.
The pool area has a unique retro design on the floor, this pool area has an enclosed screen and beautiful furniture inviting to enjoy the sun.
