Come enjoy all beautiful Lake LBJ has to offer without paying exorbitant waterfront prices. Our home proudly celebrates the best of Texas, from its beautiful and diverse natural wonders to its historic and western past. This charming 3 bedroom 2 bath is just a stone's throw away from all the best local activities. It's a great spot for those looking to get on the water, play a round of golf, sip some wine at the nearby winery, unplug for a bit or explore many hill country destinations.

Whether you end up in the cozy and colorful Bluebonnet room and its Queen bed, the rustic Rodeo room with its two twin beds or find yourself in the King bed of the spacious cactus room, we're sure you'll be satisfied with your selection. The Cactus room has an ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in closet and an additional TV.

There is another full bathroom off the open concept kitchen and living area. The Stone’s Throw Stay comes with a full kitchen, bartop and a dining table for enjoying those home cooked meals or some fun competitive gameplay. With an HEB just 0.2 miles away, don’t worry about buying and packing groceries ahead of time.

Although our home has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, don’t forget to grab a delicious meal at Boat Town Burger Bar on the water just 0.9 miles down the road. We know that some nights you just want to relax and stay in so we’d recommend Patio 2900’s takeout pizza… Seriously, it’s delicious!

Brew a fresh cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise off our home's spacious front porch.

Enjoy access to our new Cowboy Pool (Closed from December though February for winter) in our newly renovated backyard! Our backyard oasis now includes a stock tank pool, gas grill, hammock, outdoor dining area, baby swing and a playscape made out of a real boat!

This was such a great find for us! We were visiting family in Kingsland and this property made traveling with twin toddlers so easy! The house was spotless and the backyard with quite large with plenty outdoor things to do. We will be back!

The property was exactly as photographed on the VRBO site. House was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the pool in the backyard. We enjoyed great live music and a unexpected beautiful fireworks display at the Wakepoint Saturday night. Most definitely would consider booking again!

Perfect Stay

This property was perfect! We traveled with four adults and three children (1, 2, and 4). We had plenty of space! The home was very clean and the place was nicely decorated. The backyard was a really nice surprise! The kids enjoyed playing outside. The house was near HEB (and The Lazy Heron if you need coffee). We are so excited and proud to share our home in Kingsland, TX with our guests. Lake LBJ holds a special place in our hearts and we just know you'll leave loving it as much as we do.

We are native Texans that enjoy traveling to new places, but there's no place like home. Throughout the years we have been Airbnb guests in many U.S. cities as well as internationally. More recently our travels have been closer to home since we added a baby to the family. Over the last year we've been enjoying peaceful long weekends away at different lakes all over Texas. We love being close to the water!

We live in Austin, but are available via messaging any time during your stay. If something requires in person attention we can usually be there within a couple of hours. Please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Why they chose this property

You will be on the water in no time as this property is 1.1 miles away from Splash boat rental’s marina. If you bring your own boat you're also in luck as the Kingsland Community Park is a quick 1.3 mile drive and provides washer pits, picnic tables, a fishing pier, boat docks and a public boat ramp for a small fee.

For the golfers in the group, both the Legends and Lighthouse golf courses are less than 4 miles away, so take your pick or heck even play them both.

What makes this property unique

Guests will have access to the entire home. Parking for 3 cars is available in the driveway as well as street parking. Guests will have private access to the front porch with a grill and a private fully fenced in backyard.
