Renting the whole property gives you access to Inner City Living being only 1200m from the GPO with all the serenity and breathing space of living in the suburbs. This property is situated less than a 15 minute walk to the City and all its attractions, 10 mins to the vibrant nightlife of Northbridge and eateries of Little China Town, with just a 5 min stroll to all the chic cafe’s, upmarket pubs, wine bars & restaurants of Mt Lawley. For something closer the renowned Brisbane Hotel, cafes and a new Woolworths are less than 2 minutes away. For the less physical you may wish to use public transport or even the free shuttle bus situated just minutes away. Save the parking and all the City hassles as Ubers to the CBD cost between $6-8 dollars.

This well appointed fully equipped premises has fabulous views over the Perth Skyline with the first level including lounge, kitchen, dining, laundry and powder room complemented by outdoor living with a large balcony off the lounge and a private 35m2 courtyard to the rear. The two upstairs bedrooms each with their own bathroom, second balcony to the main bedroom complete the upper level with the added convenience of office facilities including a printer, phone, fax machine and access to wireless internet.
For your entertainment a selection of books and DVD’s are supplied, as is a TV in the main bedroom and Lounge along with a stereo.

Your home away from home comes complete with everything you could desire and offers the security of a large apartment with the living and outdoor space of a small home. Linen and towels are supplied.

You can feel safe and secure living above street level knowing the common foyer is only shared by one other unit with visitor access to the property by intercom. You have free street parking or for an additional fee you can park your car in the ground level remote controlled secure garage.
