The Tropical Homes of Costa Rica team has been together for the last 10 years, and has been very successful in other property management and vacation/long term rental agencies. During our time in the Playa Flamingo, Costa Rica area, we developed an excellent business and personal relationship with our home owners and rental clients. We then decided to join forces, and now offer quality, high end service to all of our guests and clients. Working with some of the most luxurious homes in the community gives us the chance to learn the needs of home owners and renters alike, and allows us to do the best job that we can.
