This house was such a charming home in the downtown area. It was clean, cozy, and provided all the needed accomodations for our stay. Having the additional parking in the back of the home was incredibly thoughtful for guest and provided additional safety for coming and going as needed.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear you found the home charming, clean, and cozy, and that it had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.
We’re especially glad the additional parking and rear access added to your sense of convenience and safety—that’s exactly what we aim for. We truly appreciate your kind words and would love to host you again anytime!
Thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad you found the home very clean and enjoyed the convenient access to the Riverwalk. We’d be happy to host you again anytime!
The house was great. Really nice on the inside. The host was great thank you for having your property available for us to stay. And thank you for the price you cant beat that price and be that close to downtown.
The place was clean and nice. We arrived early and the host was kind to allow us to wait while the cleaning people finished up. Location was good, with access to downtown San Antonio and the Riverwalk and other things to do. We were able to park two cars on the cement pad, which was nice. The area that the house is in is clearly transitioning. Lots of building and refurnishing. Felt safe enough. Laundry takes forever as there is a small stacking unit. We would stay again.
Stayed here over the weekend with my family. Rocio’s place was cozy and perfect for all of us. Accommodating for our baby with a travel crib and kid friendly plates and cutlery was amazing.
This house was in an ideal location for walking to the Alamodome for two days of State Marching Band contest. The house was clean and pleasant. The gated driveway was a plus. The only issue for us, and thus the reason for not giving it a 10/10, was the water pressure. It's very low, making hot water slow to come and washing dishes by hand and showering difficult to do properly. But for a short trip, it's not a deal breaker. We would stay here again!

Thank you so much for your stay and for the thoughtful review! We’re glad the location and home worked well for your trip. Regarding the water pressure, San Antonio does deal with hard water buildup, which can affect flow over time. We did have someone take a look, and the issue has since been taken care of. We truly appreciate your feedback and would love to host you again in the future!
House was nice - easy to find, close to downtown and the River Walk. Would have liked some stronger water pressure and better hot water. Furniture in living room is not very comfortable.
The property was exactly like the pictures. Very nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nice and clean and the dishes are really pretty. Everything was close and convenient. i really liked my stay i would book again
This was our 5th vrbo this year. This place was clean, and the space worked great for what we needed but lacked any of the amenities the other owners provided like shower soap, shampoo, Kleenex, extra towels. The lack of any water pressure in all of the sinks was a bit tricky. Made cleaning up/doing dishes/showering/brushing your teeth difficult. Neighborhood was noisy esp. at night. One of our guests got bitten by a dog walking on the sidewalk down the street.
I was born in Mexico and grew up in the USA. I'm now in my 40s married and a mother of 3 wonderful children. Fun fact my oldest is 24 and my youngest is 5 my middle child is 15.
I’m fun and easy going and love to spend time with my family.
