Our stay was great! The house was extremely clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The parking area was very easy to manage and we really enjoyed our stay. Also, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable .

This house was such a charming home in the downtown area. It was clean, cozy, and provided all the needed accomodations for our stay. Having the additional parking in the back of the home was incredibly thoughtful for guest and provided additional safety for coming and going as needed.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad you found the home very clean and enjoyed the convenient access to the Riverwalk. We’d be happy to host you again anytime!
The house was great. Really nice on the inside. The host was great thank you for having your property available for us to stay. And thank you for the price you cant beat that price and be that close to downtown.
The home itself was lovely! The reason for the lower rating is that it seriously lacked in amenities. Only one towel was provided per guest and no wash cloths which we were notified of but still was inconvenient. As a female I like to use two towels when showering. There was only one pillow per guest which was not comfortable for sleeping. The area the home is in looks to be revitalizing and the owners have done a nice job with the gate. I’d really prefer to give this a 3.5 rating but that isn’t an option.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the home and appreciated the updates and gated area.
We also appreciate you pointing out the concerns with the amenities. We do note the towel and washcloth details in advance, but we understand how this can still be inconvenient, especially for longer stays or personal preferences. Your feedback about the pillows is also very helpful, and we’ll definitely look into improving comfort in that area.
Thanks again for staying with us and for sharing your experience—it really helps us continue to improve!
The place was clean and nice. We arrived early and the host was kind to allow us to wait while the cleaning people finished up. Location was good, with access to downtown San Antonio and the Riverwalk and other things to do. We were able to park two cars on the cement pad, which was nice. The area that the house is in is clearly transitioning. Lots of building and refurnishing. Felt safe enough. Laundry takes forever as there is a small stacking unit. We would stay again.
Stayed here over the weekend with my family. Rocio’s place was cozy and perfect for all of us. Accommodating for our baby with a travel crib and kid friendly plates and cutlery was amazing.
This was a perfect place for our family. Very clean and functional. Loved the secure parking. Would definitely stay here again.
