About this property

Nestled within walking distance of the Ouachita National Forest, Cozy Cottage is a pet and kid friendly cottage with a completely fenced yard providing lots of room for playing or relaxing. Guests will enjoy the 6 person hot tub and covered patio with grill, outdoor eating area and fire pit. Cozy Cottage is supplied with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen has a full range of cooking pots/pans and utensils as well as dinnerware for serving meals. Cooking staples such as salt, pepper, spices, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, flour, baking powder, and baking soda are stocked in the panty. Breakfast items such as instant oatmeal, pancake mix, and syrup are also stocked for your convenience. Two queen beds (downstairs) and one king bed (upstairs) provide comfortable options for sleeping. There are two gathering areas for watching TV, hanging out or playing games. For your entertainment we provide wireless Internet, three TVs with YouTube TV, one DVD player, and a selection of fun games. If you love to spend time on Broken Bow Lake, we have plenty of room for you to park your boat. Cozy Cottage is so cozy you may not want to leave, but if you decided to leave you will find it is very conveniently located to Beavers Bend State Park, Hochatown attractions and local restaurants. We are less than 5 minutes from almost everything. We look forward to hosting your next get-away to Hochatown and the Broken Bow Area. For your safety all exits have a deadbolt. Security cameras are located on the front and side porch to monitor the lower level entrances. These cameras will provide security for your belongings when away from Cozy Cottage. We use these mainly for security when the cottage is not booked with guests.

Cozy cute cottage

Cabin was super cute and we loved the location. Hot tub was great! The only thing is if you have a small dog like us you really need to watch them because there are a couple spots your dog can get under the fence and be in someone else's yard that is not fenced. Host were super sweet and left us yummy treats to make s'mores!

What a great stay!

Myself, my husband, my parents, my sister, and our two doggos has an absolutely amazing stay at the Cozy Cottage. Having 3 bedrooms was a must have for us, and it was perfect. There was also plenty of space for our dogs - the fencing around the entire property was incredible to play frisbee and let the dogs go outside to play. The cabin is located in a very central location, which was so important to us. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. We are very thankful for the great hosts!

Birthday Bash in the Quachitas

We came to celebrate my birthday for the weekend. Our stay was great! The house was fantastic and the host was very accommodating. We only had one small complaint and that would be the refrigerator never got very cold. It was not a big enough concern though to notify the host. Over all would definitely rent this cute little cabin again

We are Roddy and Brenda Jackson, the owners of Cozy Cottage. We purchased Cozy Cottage 13 years ago for a retirement home. Cozy Cottage is our only home. We live about an hour away in a parsonage, provided by my husband's employer. Nine years ago we decided to offer our cabin for rental so others can enjoy Cozy Cottage when we are not there. For those nine years our property was managed for us by a wonderful management company. This year we have decided to give Cozy Cottage a more personal touch as self-managers. We love Cozy Cottage. It is truly a cozy place for getting away from it all. We strive to go the extra mile to make your stay relaxing and memorable. Why they chose this property

We know you will love Cozy Cottage as much as we do. Cozy Cottage is located in Timber Ridge Addition on a corner lot that is completely fenced (chain-link) for safety. The rocking chairs on the front porch are one of my favorite places to relax. It is such a peaceful place to allow stress to melt away. The upper deck is also a wonderful place to hide away from it all. Cozy Cottage also has a covered patio with grill and dining table. The six person hot tub is a wonderful place to relax after a fun day enjoying the area attractions. When the fire danger is low, the fire pit is the perfect place for socializing on cool evenings while enjoying our complementary s'mores kit.

What makes this property unique

Cozy Cottage is very conveniently located. We are only minutes from most of the restaurants and attractions in Hochatown. Located off of 259A North, Beavers Bend State Park and all it has to offer is less than five minutes away. When you are relaxing at the property, two living rooms, one on each level, makes socializing super for families. The upstairs living room is a great place for the kids to play without disturbing the adults.
