This was an AMAZING trip for my family and I. The cabin was very clean and everything as advertised. The host very quick with answering my questions and very helpful. We will definitely come back to this cabin in the future.
We always love going to panguitch the past 30 years but the views and location of this cabin is the most beautiful!! Coming from las vegas the weather was perfect with some rain and we caught several fish on the lake. The trip was fantastic!! The cabin was perfect in every way!
We loved our stay. The cabin was clean and accurate to the listing. Our family loved the views on the porch and the big family room to play and gather.
Very comfortable and nicely upgraded. Beautiful views of the lake, the patio is delightful and relaxing as you take in those views. We would love to come back soon!

What a view!!
This is a great place to stay! Highly recommend 4 wheel drive to get up there but it's totally worth the view. This was a great spot and the view in the morning breath taking! I will be going back for sure! Also great access and quick travel time to the lake for some great fishing!
We stayed 2 nights over the 4th of July weekend. The place is amazing and the process was smooth.
The road is steep, but that why it’s called the perch. It’s worth it!
What a wonderful cabin. It was exactly as the listing stated. Modern amenities in a beautiful quiet setting. Highly recommend. Communication with property managers was quick and efficient. By far the best cabin we have stayed in. 5 stars.
The house was absolutely amazing. We had unexpected weather that caused us to stay in a couple days and we still had a great time. The house was hands down the cleanest I have ever been in with any rental company. For the price, the view beat any other available property. I will definitely be staying at this house again in the future.
The house is just as advertised. Very well equipped and many thoughtful touches throughout. The view is amazing and the house is very clean. It was within day trip distance to both Bryce Canyon National Park and Zion National Park. The driveway is very very steep but we didn’t have any trouble with the small SUV we rented. I would stay here again if I were in this area.
I stay in this property for a second time. Flawless clean kitchen organized cabinets. Every bedroom was spotless. you can sit in the balcony and watch the lake and enjoy the views.
100%. I will recommend to stay in this property.
Front porch boards need repaired. Need more ice trays or repair ice machine. Chairs are broke on back porch. Garbage dumpsters not whereyou said. Otherwise, awesome stay, your house is located in an amazing location with awesome views.
