Basement bedrooms each have a queen bed, and triple bunk beds making room for the whole family. This wonderful property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Clear Creek runs through the backyard and the cabin sits on just under 4 acres. There is plenty of parking for vehicles as well as room to bring your trailers with toys. Off-road trails begin right at the property and fishing is just minutes away at beautiful Panguitch Lake. You'll have access to amenities like a washing machine and dryer, WiFi, TV room, table hockey, board games, and more. The 3 bathrooms come equipped with towels, hair dryers and everything you might need for your convenience. Enjoy all that Panguitch Lake has to offer when you stay at our secluded cabin in the woods.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Take all trash to the dumpsters located on the Northeast side of Panguitch Lake. There is a map of the location in the welcome binder.
Please clean all used dishes and start the dishwasher before you leave. Any bed that was used please pull the sheets and bedding down to the foot of that bed so we know which ones we need to wash.
Put all used towels in the tub of the bathrooms.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Fires, smoking/vaping, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. A $1,000.00 fine will be charged for any non compliance.
Please keep all vehicles, Atv’s, dirt bikes, and other off road vehicles on designated roads and parking spots.
When approving your stay, we allow 10 guests total. Any guests exceeding 10 will be charged at $300/night.

Amazingly beautiful mountain retreat

This cabin is beautiful and PERFECT for families. We brought our grand babies, ages 7,4 and 1 and they loved it. There were toys, swings and lots of wildlife. Memories were made!

The large cabin was very clean and comfortable. We like the location in the trees with a small stream running thought the property and some animal life was seen around us. We could open the screened windows in the upstairs bedrooms and enjoy the cool air. The bedrooms were a comfortable size with plenty of space. The beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. Fishing in the lake was good. Communication with the owner was excellent. The living space was big enough for our group to visit with each other and the kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The stairs to the top floor were designed wide for me with knee problems and easy to climb. There is a wraparound porch and fun swings for little ones. Wonderful cabin.
