Basement bedrooms each have a queen bed, and triple bunk beds making room for the whole family. This wonderful property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Clear Creek runs through the backyard and the cabin sits on just under 4 acres. There is plenty of parking for vehicles as well as room to bring your trailers with toys. Off-road trails begin right at the property and fishing is just minutes away at beautiful Panguitch Lake. You'll have access to amenities like a washing machine and dryer, WiFi, TV room, table hockey, board games, and more. The 3 bathrooms come equipped with towels, hair dryers and everything you might need for your convenience. Enjoy all that Panguitch Lake has to offer when you stay at our secluded cabin in the woods.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Take all trash to the dumpsters located on the Northeast side of Panguitch Lake. There is a map of the location in the welcome binder.
Please clean all used dishes and start the dishwasher before you leave. Any bed that was used please pull the sheets and bedding down to the foot of that bed so we know which ones we need to wash.
Put all used towels in the tub of the bathrooms.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
